今年暑假，因為爸爸媽媽要上班，我照例回老家過，由於我性格較內向，媽媽覺得要給我報一個興趣班，說是讓我增加與人交往機會，學習一些知識，暑假還讓我上課真令我頭疼。
這天，爺爺奶奶帶著我來到媽媽事先給我聯繫好的 “金話筒主持人”興趣班，我將在這裡上我的暑假第一課。進去後，只見一個個小人坐在小板凳上，我不禁心想：這是託兒所嗎?怎么這群孩子都沒我大。我想了想，隨即找了個小板凳坐了下來，可板凳太小了承重力不足，加上我偏胖，板凳幾乎要被壓垮。“叮鈴鈴”終於上課了，老師給我們講了主持人的站姿，如何生動地進行自我介紹，此時，我才對這個補習班產生了一絲絲好感。但是與其他同學年齡的差異還是令我尷尬。第一節課快結束時，老師又讓家長們進來旁聽同學們的自我介紹。唉，我要與這群小不點輪流表演，我不禁感到十分排拆。當我認真表演完了，台下一群家長可能看到我與其他小孩的年齡差異，禁不住大笑，頓時，一股濃濃的恨意在我心頭產生，我討厭這個興趣班，討厭和這群小孩一起，也討厭這些家長們的笑聲。媽媽聽我抗議後，怕同班小孩太小我不能適應，和老師協調退出了這個興趣班。
離開了“金話筒主持人”興趣班後，我又馬不停蹄的來到了第二個興趣班——國際音標班。進去之後我十分驚喜，因為這個班裡都是和我年齡差不多大的孩子。我找了個位子坐下，再看看老師，“哇，太好了，是朱老師”，我以前英語輔導班就是在她那上的，我心中竊喜。一個又高又瘦的男孩成了我的同桌，我同桌也和我聊了聊，我們聊遊戲，聊打球，共同語言很多，因此成了好朋友。我每天很喜歡去上課，對英標產生了濃厚的興趣，培訓結束後對我們進行了測試，我還考出了優異的成績。
我覺得暑假興趣班就要這樣，大家年齡差不多，有許多可以聊的同學，才能既有興趣，又學到知識。
