so…that,too…to和enoughto
so…that,too…to和enoughto都是國中英語教材中的重要結構，在一定條件下它們可以相互轉換，並經常成為中考考查的熱點之一。先請看下面兩道中考試題：

那么在什麼情況下三者可以相互轉換呢？
一、so…that與too…to的轉換
當that引導的從句為否定式且從句主語與主句的主語相同時，so…that可轉換為too…to結構；若從句主語與主句的主語不相同時，so…that可轉換為too…forsbto結構。例如：Sheissoyoungthatshecan?tgotoschool.＝Sheistooyoungtogotoschool.

二、so…that與enoughto的轉換
1.當that引導的從句為肯定式時，若從句主語與主句主語相同時，so…that可轉換為enoughto結構；若從句主語與主句主語不相同時，so…that可轉換為enoughforsbto結構。例如：XiaoLinissooldthathecangotoschool.＝XiaoLinisoldenoughtogotoschool.Theboxissolightthathecancarryit.＝Theboxislightenoughforhimtocarry.
2.當that引導的從句為否定式時，若從句主語與主句主語相同時，so…that可轉換為enoughto的否定結構；若從句主語與主句主語不相同時，so…that可轉換為enoughforsbto的否定結構。同時要注意，轉換後的形容詞（副詞）要用其相應的反義詞。例如：

三、enoughto的句式為否定式時，enoughto可以轉換為too…to結構。
轉換後的too…to結構中的形容詞（副詞）要用其相應的反義詞。例如：

so與such用法
都有“如此、這么、那么”的意思，可進行同義改寫，但用法不同。
1.so是副詞，修飾形容詞和副詞；而such是形容詞，修飾名詞。它們後面接單數可數名詞時，詞序不同。
so的詞序為：so+adj.+a（an）+n.
such的詞序為：such+a（an）+adj.+n.
它們可以表達同樣的意思，因此它們可以進行同義改寫。

補給站：後面接複數名詞或不可數名詞時，只能用such，而不能用so.如：

但是，複數名詞或不可數名詞前有many，few，much，little等表示數量的詞修飾時，只能用so而不能用such，這是一種固定用法。如：

需要提醒的是，little還可作

2.和“that”連用時，意思基本一樣，但句型結構不同。“so…that…”句型結構為：so+adj.（adv.）+that…
so+adj.+a（an）+單數n.+that…
so+many（few）+複數n.+that…so+much（little）+不可數n.+that…如：

4.當so…that引導的結果狀語從句為肯定句時，可與be…enoughtodo替換；當為否定句時，可與too…to…或benot+該形容詞的反義詞enoughtodo替換。

=Heisnotoldenoughtogotoschool.
3.so與that可以直接構成詞組“sothat”，引導目的狀語從句，表示“以便、”的意思。從句中常用can/could/will/should等情態動詞。
