四年級的時候，我又遇到了姜笑光老師。她不僅注重我們的學習，還十分關心我們的身體。那年冬天，我三天兩頭地感冒，上課經常因為咳嗽而嘔吐。姜老師看到了，語重心長地對我說：“昂然啊，光學習好不行，還要注意鍛鍊身體”。後來，在平時的千米跑中，老師讓我在外圈跟著走。漸漸地我開始能堅持跑下來了，天長日久，我的身體強壯了很多，跑操對我來說再也不是什麼難事了。
剛上五年級的時候，我的思想比較浮躁，學習態度不認真，這種苗頭被我的班主任鄒翠華老師發現了，她多次找我談心，教育我要有一個好的學習態度。她還主動和我媽媽溝通，幫助我端正學習態度。後來，我上課認真聽講，積極發言，老師也經常表揚我的進步。
不僅如此，鄒翠華老師還經常鼓勵我們多讀書，她經常對我們說：“只有養成好的讀書習慣，才能寫好作文”。有時，她自費買來一些適合我們讀的好書，送給學習進步的同學，這讓我們十分感動。
