暑假的一天，天氣悶熱。我和媽媽去登長城。可爬了一會兒我累了，不想再往上爬了。媽媽告訴我，長城是世界著名的旅遊勝地，叫我跟外國遊客比一比，看誰先登上去。於是我鼓起勁，終於爬上了頂點。

One stuffy day in the summer vacation, mother and I went to climb the Great Wall. But after a while, I was too tired to keep on. Mother told me the Great Wall is a place of interest famous throughout the world. She encouraged me to compete with foreign tourists and see who was the first one to reach the top. I climbed to the top finally.
