如有索賠,應向本公司提交保險單正本(本保險單共有一份正本)及有關檔案。

2.中保財產保險有限公司水路貨物運輸保險條款
保險標的範圍
第一條 凡在國內江、河、湖泊和沿海經水路運輸的貨物均可為本保險之標的。
第二條 下列貨物非經投保人與被保險人特別約定,並在保險單(憑證)上載明,不在保險標的範圍以內:金銀、珠寶、鑽石、玉器、首飾、古幣、古玩、古書、古畫、郵票、藝術品、稀有金屬等珍貴財物。
第三條 下列貨物不在保險標的範圍以內:蔬菜、水果、活性畜、禽魚類和其他動物。
第四條 本保險分為基本險和綜合險,保險人按保險單註明的承保險別分別承擔保險責任。
保險責任
第五條 基本險
由於下列保險事故造成保險貨物的損失和費用,保險人依照本條款約定負責賠償:
(一)因火災、爆炸、雷電、冰雹、暴風、暴雨、洪水、海嘯、崖崩、突發性滑坡、土石流;
(二)船舶發生碰撞、擱淺、觸礁,橋樑碼頭坍塌;
(三)因以上兩款所致船舶沉沒失蹤;
(四)在裝貨、卸貨或轉載時因意外事故造成的損失;
(五)按國家規定或一般慣例應承擔的共同海損的犧牲、分攤和救助費用;
(六)在發生上述災害事故時,因紛亂造成貨物的散失以及因施救或保護貨物所支付的直接合理的費用。
第六條 綜合險
本保險除包括基本險責任外,保險人還負責賠償:
(一)因受碰撞、擠壓而造成貨物破碎、彎曲、凹癟、折斷、開裂的損失;
(二)因包裝破裂致使貨物散失的損失;
(三)液體貨物因受碰撞或擠壓致使所用容器(包括封口)損壞而滲漏的損失,或用液體保藏的貨物因液體滲漏而造成該貨物腐爛變質的損失;
(四)遭受盜竊的損失;
(五)符合安全運輸規定而遭受雨淋所致的損失。
責任免除
第七條 由於下列原因造成保險貨物的損失,保險人不負賠償責任:
(一)戰爭、軍事行動、扣押、罷工、哄搶和暴動;
(二)船舶本身的損失;
(三)在保險責任開始前,被保險貨物已存在的品質不良或數量短差所造成的損失;
(四)被保險貨物的自然損耗,本質缺陷、特性所引起的污染、變質、損壞;
