“Dulux多樂士”系列塗料是阿克蘇諾貝爾公司出品的新型水性環保功能塗料，其質量已由中國人民保險公司承擔保證保險責任。為使用戶放心消費，本公司作出如下質量保證：
1、本公司出品的屋面隔熱防滲塗料、外牆隔熱防滲塗料的技術指標，保證符合Q/MRH01-20xx標準;牆面彈性拉毛塗料的技術指標，保證符合GB/T9755-1997標準;納米超強彈性防水塗料的技術指標和環保指標，保證符合Q/MRHT2-20xx標準及GB/18582-20xx標準;超級環保內外牆粉末塗料的技術指標和環保指標，保證符合Q/MRHT3-20xx標準及GB/18582-20xx標準。用戶如證實所用“Dulux多樂士”產品質量不符上述標準，本公司將賠償由此造成的損失。
2、用戶必須按本公司施工規定規範施工，並做好齊全、完整、有效的施工記錄(內容包括：施工時間、地點、面積，施工環境溫度、濕度，施工人員，施工過程等)，否則，出現質量問題本公司概不負責。
3、若因建築用材不達標而造成施工出現裂縫導致塗層受損，或因用戶施工不當造成塗層受損，此責任不屬公司承保之列，但本公司可根據用戶需要提供快速有效的技術報務。

7、因我方供應貨物的質量問題，對貴公司造成了不良影響的，我方願承擔該批貨物價款1-10倍的罰款，並承擔由此所造成的經濟損失及法律責任。
8、我方願意用供應貨物貨款的30%作為每月結帳的滾動質保金，於下次結帳時進行結算。

“三無產品”一般是指無生產日期、無質量合格證以及無生產廠家、來路不明的產品。《中華人民共和國產品質量法》規定必須有中文廠名、中文廠址、電話、許可證號、產品標誌、生產日期、中文產品說明書、如有必要時還需要有限定性或提示性說明等等，凡是缺少的均視為不合格產品。上述要求缺少其中之一，均可視為“三無產品”。
而民以食為天， “三無”食品在食品質量和衛生方面都存在嚴重的安全隱患，吃“三無”食品輕則引發腸炎等疾病，不利於身體生長發育，重則引發集體中毒乃至死亡案件。例如：
1. 不合格的膨化食品、醃製和油炸食品衛生指標中的菌落數、大腸菌群、過氧化值指標超標，還能產生亞硝胺、鉛等致癌物質，食用會導致胃腸不適、腹瀉並損害肝臟。
2. 果凍、糖精、飲料、朱古力、速食麵、罐頭和泡泡糖等兒童不宜多吃，在這類小食品中大多加入了防腐劑、色素、甜味劑等添加劑，食用過量會對中樞神經系統造成危害。
3. 不合格果脯、蜜餞中甜蜜素超標，不合格烤魚片、牛肉干等食品中大腸菌群和菌落總數超標。
4. 防腐劑含有大量亞硝酸銀，過量攝入亞硝酸銀會導致肝臟受損，嚴重的導致肝功能衰竭。腎臟過濾血液中的廢物，攝入過量有害物會嚴重損害腎功能。有些食品添加劑含有生長激素，少量攝入會導致兒童發育不正常，出現“肢端肥大症”、“肥胖症”、“巨人症”等;過量攝入會抑制兒童生長，使兒童停止發育出現“侏儒症”。所以說“三無食品”危害極大，尤其是對學生。
為了珍惜生命、關愛健康，必須從我做起、從現在做起，積極拒絕抵制“三無”食品。作為。。學校的一名學生，我們保證如下：
1、養成少買零食、少吃零食的好習慣。
2、儘量到熟悉、可靠的商店定點購買食品，遠離流動攤點。

First, by principle the products are manufactured by the customer’s technical spec. The national standard is followed if customer doesn’t clearly mention it. After the customer commits the product sample, we formally offer products, ensure the steady and gradually increasing quality.
Second, the supplier provides the copy of business license with official seal stamped to the buyer.
Third, the supplier provides the copy of the technical spec of the products with official seal stamped to the buyer.
Fourth, the supplier ensures that the products comply with the official quality standard and is responsible for product quality, if necessary provide the necessary quality information, such as the inspection report and other relevant information.
Fifth, the supplier ensures that the packaging and registered trademark of the products match the relevant state regulation.
Sixth, the storage and safekeeping condition is indicated on the product package, to ensure the product quality the buyer has to strictly follow it, or is responsible for the caused quality problem.
Seventh, consumer complains due to the product quality problems, the supplier should actively cooperate to properly resolve it. If it is indeed the responsibility of supplier, the supplier shall bear full responsibility and expense.

The buyer should strictly observe the technical standards shipped with the supplier products for inspection, ensure fair and science testing. The remaining samples fail to pass the examination should be kept for one week.

In case of the indeed quality problem of the supplier products, the buyer and seller negotiate to deal with the unused products.
Ninth, the product guarantee since both sides sign a supply contract and delivery occurs, terminates at the same time as the business ends.

為了進一步加強和規範我校食品衛生安全工作，確保學生的身體健康和生命安全 ，針對當前小賣部存在的問題，根據上級有關檔案精神，嚴禁學校小賣部銷售“三無”食品，尤其像肋條等這樣的三無食品。
一、學校小賣部銷售的商品在食品採購過程中必須向供貨單位索取生產許可證(食品流通許可證)、質量檢驗報告和正規票據(批發單位的“一票通”)，食品、飲料應符合食品安全標準。要建立進貨台帳，如實記錄食品的名稱、規格、數量、生產批號、保質期、供貨者(購貨者)名稱及聯繫方式和進貨(銷售)日期等內容，或者保留載有相關信息的進貨(銷售)票據。記錄台帳、票據的保存期限不得少於一年。定期向學校報告食品安全情況，接受學校監督，質量有保證，責任可追究。
二、學校小賣部經營的食品必須分類、分架、隔牆、離地存放，定期檢查，及時處理變質或過期的食品，並做好待銷食品檢查記錄，銷毀記錄，對銷毀的食品予以拍照留存。不得銷售《食品安全法》、《安徽省實施(食品安全法)辦法》規定嚴禁銷售的食品，特別是要關注不得銷售以下食品：
1.超保質期的食品和飲料。
2.無生產日期、無廠名廠址、無保質期的“三無食品”。
3.無“QS”標識的各類食品。
4.無證無照食品加工場生產的散裝食品。
三、為確保各中國小師生的人身健康和生命安全，學校或工商部門發現有經營腐爛變質、過期食品，三無產品，假冒偽劣商品，以及其他涉及食品安全的依法予以處罰;情節嚴重的，依法移交司法機關追究刑事責任。
