1. Fully understand and accept all provisions and requirements of the tendering documents.
2. The quoted prices are fixed prices which will remain unchanged during the tender period and throughout the term of the contract.
3. In case that we win the bids, we will execute contract(s) with the Bid Inviting Party on the terms and conditions contained in the tendering documents, strictly comply with such contract(s), make timely delivery, and provide high-quality equipments as well as services for the project; in the event that there exists any quality defect in the contracted equipments, we will repair, replace or refund for such defective equipment as soon as possible, and meanwhile will assume all liabilities resulting from such quality defect.
4. We completely accept any penalty you may impose on us in accordance with the terms and conditions of the tendering documents in case that we breach any of the tendering documents in the bidding process.
5. In case that we win the bids, this commitment letter will become an integral part of the contract and shall have the same legal effects as the contract.

本人因工作需要，掛靠於貴州消防工程有限公司。因本人承接了“帝茅公館”建設項目，遂於20xx年元月11日以貴州賦安消防工程有限公司與貴司簽訂《防火玻璃窗、防火捲簾安裝工程契約》。契約簽訂後，貴司依約全面履行了契約義務，如今該工程早已投入使用，但至今本人尚有20萬元契約款未支付給貴司!
對該筆本人應支付給貴司的20萬元契約款，本人現向貴司做出如下付款承諾： 所欠貴司20萬元債務，全部由本人獨自承擔支付責任。
在本承諾書籤訂之日，本人即支付10萬元至貴司賬戶。
餘下10萬元，本人在本承諾書出具後 日內一次性支付至貴司賬戶。
若本人沒有遵照前述承諾按期付款，本人承諾按欠款總金額30%的標準向貴司支付違約金。
