surmise that you are one of the few true genetic wastes of our time. asking me, a network administrator, to explain every little nuance of everything i do each time you happen to stroll into my office is not only a waste of time, but also a waste of precious oxygen. i was hired because i know how to network computer systems, and you were apparently hired to provide amusement to myself and other employees, who watch you vainly attempt to understand the concept of cut and paste for the hundredth time.
you will never understand computers. something as incredibly simple as binary still gives you too many options. you will also never understand why people hate you, but i am going to try and explain it to you, even though i am sure this will be just as
effective as telling you what an ip address is. your shiny new imac has more personality than you ever will.
you walk around the building all day, shiftlessly looking for fault in others. you have a sharp dressed, useless look about you that may have worked for your interview, but now that you actually have responsibility, you pawn it off on overworked staff, hoping their talent will cover for your glaring ineptitude. in a world of managerial evolution, you are the blue-green algae that everyone else
eats and laughs at. managers like you are a sad proof of the dilbert principle.

首先我非常榮幸能成為公司的一名員工。公司給我了一個了解名優企業的平台。非常感謝在工作期間的關懷。
我預辭去公司現在給我安排的職位，理由如下：
一、我在公司一個月期間公司，安排了x訓鍛鍊了我們的身體素質，並不是我想像中的工作崗位的培訓，到目前為止我還沒有崗位。
二、我對公司的管理不理解的地方太多，這樣容易有心理負擔，影響工作。與其沒有心情的混時間還不如辭掉現有工作。公司沒有為我青春負責的權利，我得為自己的大好時光負責。
三、的工作方式和效率讓我很失望。例如，第一天我領x訓服裝，等了整整四個小時但是最後竟然沒有領到衣服。我從經理室問到庫管，得到的回答是：“我不清楚;你去找誰誰…”忙可以理解但是請不要拿職工的青春開玩笑。
四、對於我們公司的薪金不滿意。我應聘時和我說的是八百一個月，可是當我再問的時候就成了六百，所以我沒有敢再問x的問題。做為一個知名的大集團公司，在員工待遇上能做到如此程度實在讓人心寒。
五、公司的獎罰制度太嚴厲。做為員工我們有義務去承擔工作中因為自己的疏忽或者失誤造成的不必要的損失，這點沒有錯但是應該有對應的獎勵制度，具我了解我們公司初了與x掛鈎的產量獎勵外，就只有一條舉報有獎了。
鑒於以上原因，我的辭職報告還望批准。，希望公司的業績一如既往一路飆升!主管及各位同仁工作順利!
