（2）甲方的名稱、地址、電話、指定設備負責人等資料如有變更，請及時通知乙方否則將會造成甲方利益的損失。
（3）如甲方所在地非_________市區且乙方上門服務時發生差旅費、高速費、過橋費等費用時，上述費用由甲方支付。
（4）如甲方將設備轉與他人，本服務契約中乙方對該設備的服務承諾既告無效。
（5）如有未盡事宜，甲乙雙方應在契約簽字前進行協商，達成一致後一式兩份填寫在附加條款中，填寫內容與本契約具有同等效力。
（6）本維修契約服務費用只涵蓋本契約第4款"服務內容"所涉及的勞務，並不包括維修過程中發生的零配件及消耗品費用。
八、附加條款
雙方已就本契約的上述條款完全達成共識，任何一方的口頭要求均不能影響本契約條款的效力。
