崗位職責:
1.線束車間品質控制規劃,日常品質管理及客訴處理;
2.制定品質目標並落實實施,與相關部門溝通協調;
4.參與項目開發,提供項目過程品質策劃;
5.對生產線發現的質量問題進行跟進和對不良率進行分析改善;
6.領導交代的其它事項;
任職資格:
1.大專以上學歷,年齡25-40周歲,電子、機械、管理相關專業優先;
2.熟悉iso 9000/iso14001體系,有建推動體系運作工作經驗;
3.熟悉品質客戶服務處理流程/製程品質控制,能夠開展品質管理工作;能對品質提出量化指標,並督促各持續改進;
4.具有較強的溝通能力、協調能力,具有極強的工作責任心,執行能力強;
5.有汽車線材行業品質管理2年以上的工作經驗。

品質工程師-quality engineer 中山歐力工業有限公司
職責描述:
1. leading the root cause analysis and corrective action plan for:
- supplier defects
- process defects
- customer complaint / returns
領導根本原因分析和糾正措施計畫:
-供應商不良
-製程不良
-客戶投訴/退貨
2. be part of the npi team to review / verify / validate the new product to insure safe transfer of new product to production.
屬於新品項目團隊的成員,評審、驗證、確認新產品以確保新產品安全轉移到量產
3. creating the quality documentations during the project development.
在項目開發階段創建質量檔案
4. training of workers / inspectors to relevant quality standard on component, process and product.
對工人/檢驗員進行零部件、工藝和產品的相關質量標準培訓
5. implementing regular process audit / product audit and data analysis to anticipate potential risks on process / product
實施定期的過程審核/產品審核和數據分析以預測製程/產品的潛在風險
6. participating to supplier quality audit prior to new supplier approval.

任職要求:
1. bachelor degree, major related to electronic
本科學歷,電子相關專業
2. at least 5 years working experience in production or quality fields
具有五年以上生產或質量相關的工作經驗
3. internal auditor certificate holder and having internal audit experience will be preferred
具有內部審核員資格和內部審核經驗
4. quality engineering experience in battery field and / or in automotive field is a plus
最好具備電池品質工程或汽車領域經驗
5. be familiar with iatf16949 and be good at the use of quality tools
熟悉iatf16949和擅長質量工具的使用
6. good english skill, reading, writing, and speaking.
熟練讀、寫、說英語
7. good at communication and personnel skill
良好的溝通和人事技巧
8. can be a good team player
