我們都知道，校學生會青協協助主席團統籌和協調學生會整體工作，最大程度發揮橋樑和紐帶的作用;負責處理學生會日常工作，並及時了解和掌握各部門的工作進度及工作效果;制定學生會考核章程，負責對學生會全體人員執行考核、培訓、監督;負責起草、制定並執行、監督學生會各項規章制度;負責全校性學生幹部培訓基地工作開展;負責擬定學生會工作計畫、工作總結等有關材料;負責安排有關會議會務事宜，包括簽到﹑記錄等工作;做好學生會幹部的人事管理工作，完善制訂並妥當管理學生會成員人事檔案;深入了解幹部的思想和工作開展情況，及時給予指導和調整;對學生會內部財務進行公開化管理;組織並協調相關活動，負責校學生會等溝通性工作的開展。
