問題: 為什麼離職?
好吧, 又是一個三遍的問題! 所以大家在離職後找工作的時候, 這個問題自己心裡一定要有底, 基本上是逃不掉的吧.
我的回答就是為了職業發展的規劃而離職的. 具體原因可參見第一部分"離職原因"的分析.
這裡還有一點要提的是, 回答這個問題的時候, 面試官會可能會追問你為什麼上一家公司和你的職業發展不符合, 而SAP公司為什麼又會符合的我的職業規劃的?
因為我的長久計畫是想成為IT諮詢師, 與之前公司的發展不一致, 所以想find the right way and get on the right bus.
問題三: 為什麼要來SAP? 為什麼不去IBM, HP等等其它做IT諮詢的公司?
呃...我倒是想去, 可人家得也得要我才行呀!
呵...當然不能這么說啦. 不過這個問題我還真沒想過, 頓時有點手忙腳亂了. 後面才看出來, 他給我下了個套, 壞人呢!
我就說SAP在ERP的IT諮詢方面是世界的`老大, IT諮詢非常之成熟. 與我的長遠目標那真是契合的不得了呀, 當然要選SAP啦.
所以對我來說, SAP就是right bus啦. 只是不曉得, 對SAP來說, 我算不算right person了?!
他說這次招得是開發人員, 是純技術人員, 好像和我的遠大志向不太合適吧?
我說成為一個conslutant是一個長期的目標, 但並不妨礙我現在繼續做開發, 而且還是在一個consluting公司做開發, 蠻合適的.
更何況就我現在的資歷, 直接出去做conslutant, 沒有相關的工作背景, 且沒有任何的domain背景, 估計也沒人會理我的.
所以我是做了長期的打算, 想靜下心來, 從一個開發人員做起, 逐步了解公司的產品, 進而了解產品所屬的domain, 從而最終邁向諮詢師的道路.
這條路走下去可能至少需要五年或十年的時間才能入門吧, 我已經做了心理準備.

問題: 你知道SAP是做什麼的嗎? IT consluting與SAP consluting有什麼區別?
經過了上個問題, 我的氣場明顯弱了許多. 感覺要壞事了.
果然, 我講了對SAP的了解, 其實了解的也並不是很多. 然後我無法區分IT consluting與SAP consluting...
這是我整個面試以來, 唯一敗下陣來的地方.
然後他對我說, 其實我並不了解SAP和SAP做的事情, 也不明白IT consluting與SAP consluting的區別.
於是, 接下來的十幾分鐘時, 他給我上了一課.
具體的內容已經無法記清了, 只記得他講過, IT consluting與SAP consluting就是廣與專的區別.
就像本科生與研究生的區別.
按他的說法, 本科生更多的是學習技能, 更多的是關注面的. 所以本科生畢業出去, 只要是同一個領域的公司, 都可以進.
而研究生則是更專注於某個方向,是點上的. 他們畢業出去, 可能只有找到與他們研究方向相匹配的公司, 才能夠得以一施所長.

If I side with one camp, I will offer facts and data to explain to the other side my thougt process. If my opinion differs from both sides, I will also give facts and data to support my third-party opinion. If an agreement still cannot be reached, I will hold onto my opinion but also encourage more reserved colleagues to voice their opinions while continuing to provide more data to support a solution. In short, my principle is that everything should be based on data and facts. And every colleague has the right to express his or her opinion. I will always try my best to reach a common ground that all members of the debate are comfortable standing on. If we cannot find this common ground, then I will ultimately make the final decision, as a leader.
