我是一名即將畢業的大學生，我將於20__年7月畢業幼師專業，根據我的自身情況，我認為我對從事幼師也具有一定的優勢.首先，就社會現狀而言，當今的幼兒教師普遍都是女性，這就間接的影響到一些男孩的身心健康發展，從而缺少男性所特有的陽剛之氣而趨向於母性化.所以，大力發展男性幼師推廣父性教育是一項非常重要的工作.另外，我對幼師行業具有很大的興趣.在校期間，我所學習的教育學與心理學的成績都非常突出，並且我具有國語二級甲等證書.我認為這些也是對幼師這一行業的基礎.在思想上，我對現代幼兒教育方法也有一些自己的想法.當今社會中大都是傳統意義上的幼稚園，其實質就屬於寄託班，缺乏真正意義上的特色教育方式.雖然根據現有的國情和居民生活水平的差異使得我們必須面臨這樣的現實，但是渴望孩子受到特色教育的家長還是占很大的比例，所以特色幼兒教育是一項非常有發展前景的行業.我所說的特色教育不是單純的雙語教育和現在所流行的蒙式教育.我構想的教育方式是以發展兒童天性為基礎，根據幼兒興趣所選修的特定教育方法.如果園領導需要，我會詳細的說明我的想法.
當然，對於我從事幼師這個行業會有很多的困難，我自身也有很多的不足，我對特色教育的理解僅僅是我自己的一些粗淺的認識，而且我缺乏工作經驗，專業不對位.這些我都能夠清楚的看待，我相信我具有堅定的意志，對於自身的不足，我會通過不懈的努力和在工作中的鍛鍊、學習來彌補，從而提高自身能力不斷完善自我.對於傳統教育的改革，雖然我不會起到關鍵性的作用，但我也希望能貢獻出自己的一份力量，因為我懷揣著對幼師事業的理想.
