或許外表給人的感覺是這個女孩有點文靜，其實不然，生活上我比較樂觀積極，熱愛體育運動籃球、桌球，喜歡文學作品和看電影，喜歡塗鴉，能夠和身邊的同學朋友打成一片。大家說我看起來每天都充滿熱情和活力，我一直希望自己能夠慢慢成為一個有獨立見解的人，所以當有想法時，我就會周密計畫，然後在實踐中積累經驗，也給自己多增添一份經歷。
我一直很珍惜身邊的同學和朋友，實習可能只是兩個月，而朋友卻是一輩子的。佛說五百年才換一次擦肩而過，我們大家能在下學期一起度過兩個月的實習日子，這不知道是多少世修來的緣分，相信每個人都能給我不一樣的力量，很期待在這個大家庭里跟大家一起成長、蛻變!
為了增進大家對我的了解，我簡單描述一下我的大學生活喔!
大一那時候，背上行囊，辭別父母，與志同道合的戰友一起來到華師，相信一直堅強的自己要開始新的旅程了!很幸運地我是08化一的一分子，大家都很強，雖然我很平凡，但這個集體給了我滿滿的力量!很高興熱愛體育運動的我能大學3年都堅持參加運動會，收穫大家關切的微笑和身體健康是我一直引以為豪的!那時候的我想學的東西太多了，什麼都嘗試著去做，但是沒有忘記學習，實驗也很好地鍛鍊了我的動手能力，公共課上為了交上一份完美的關於亞運場館的調研報告，和大家一起到處“奔波”，到最前線收集一手資料，最後用“長篇大論”和課堂上精彩的匯報給那個當時大家都關注的課題畫上圓滿的句號。身邊的人都很信任我，感覺生活真的很美好!
大二課表排得滿滿的，連晚上還要做物理光學實驗，我也開始變得有點“瘋狂”。作為團支書，可以說比較盡責，再加上我天生有點追求完美，和班委和年級團總支、團委一年的團結協作，讓我學到了很多東西!忘不了和大家一起熬夜趕活動方案、通過部落格倡議環保，忘不了瑟瑟寒風中大家微笑服務的笑臉，忘不了支教時大家忙碌的身影，忘不了跟大家互相探討互相幫助，一起開心一起擔心。有付出就有收穫，我們支部大二學年兩次獲得特色團日活動一等獎，院運會精神文明風尚獎。我愛化一啊!
雖然團支書的工作不輕鬆，但學習上我不敢鬆懈， 累了上課還是要堅持，一份手寫實驗報告有時就像一本《讀者》那么厚，周末就泡圖書館，微格一站就是大半天，生活很充實。我一直告訴自己:凡事盡力而為!很幸運，大二沒有落下學習，績點專業第一，有幸獲得校一等獎學金“優秀學生標兵”的殊榮。唯一遺憾的是我的科研半路被我拋棄，如果可以重來，我不會為其他的事情而放棄科研，其實那曾經是我的夢想啊!那就在實驗室中圓自己的研究夢吧，每當我穿上那身白大褂——實驗服，呈現給大家的是我的另一面：沉穩、嚴謹、細心。其實事無巨細，只要用心，都能得到歷練!
大三該為自己未來的事業好好打基礎了，成為桃李滿天下的老師一直是我努力的方向，聽了很多師兄師姐的諄諄教誨，然後自己摸著石頭過河，一直謹記：不要錯過任何一個舞台，師範技能是練出來的!那時候的我有時對自己有點苛刻，無論是教學理論方面的專業課，還是實戰的教學訓練，我都嚴格要求自己。也很感謝校團委那邊給了我鍛鍊的機會和動力!
為了不讓自己繼續停留在“電腦白痴”層次，我狠下心選了兩門專業限選計算機課程和校公選課《信息檢索與套用》，小小佩服一下我那時的勇氣和韌勁!還好大三上學期終於選上自己喜歡的體育課—籃球，每次上課都跑得大汗淋漓，期末考核三步上籃那個動作堪稱perfect，二分線投籃6個滿分我投了8個，雖然技術不咋地，我運動，我快樂!而20xx年廣州亞運志願者那是一個美麗的稱號，那注定是一段不尋常的經歷!
大三下學期已經華麗麗地落下帷幕了，回頭看，那是大學最難忘的歲月!從上學期寒假就開始準備“為了明天”師範技能比賽和flash課件製作比賽，很感謝這段時間一起奮鬥的戰友和身邊所有的同學、朋友，是他們陪我一路走來!其實比賽最終的結果沒那么重要，那一張張獎狀只是證明自己曾經努力過，這個過程中自己一點一滴的收穫，無論是毅力方面還是口頭表達能力、教學技能，哪怕只是小小的提高，這個來得更為重要!
而年級學委的工作也給了我很多學習的機會，無論是待人接物還是為人處世，同時我也收穫了真誠的友誼和有力的鼓勵。活到老，學到老，凡事盡力做好!為了充實、提高自己，在華師暑期招聘會上我體驗了找工作的場景，也有幸試講通過能夠到培訓學校實地鍛鍊一番，加上實習備課和提前做畢業論文，生活一直在充實中度過!
大學三年以來的生活，成功失敗並存，愉悅痛苦共嘗，昨天已成為過去，未來還在路上，要做的是把握現在，每一刻都是新的起跑線。現在即將走上實習崗位，我渴望一個新的舞台鍛鍊自己，學無止境，路在腳下!

我擁有雙重性格，好的時候，可以將自己聰明、細膩、能幹、溫情、幽默、有內涵等優良品質完全外展，此時我顯得如此完美，光芒四射，並且可以表現得非常外向、健談，容易與人打成一片。而一旦狀態不好，便會變成另一個人，甚至非常窩囊，一事無成，不過通常此時我都躲了起來，不會讓人看見。正因我深知自己這樣的性格，理智的我選擇了在狀態好時多做事，多活動，多完成些人生目標，因為我無法確知何時糟糕的狀態會到來，甚至有時為此不得不推遲自己的計畫，或出現讓人難以理解的行為模式。這種狀態的變化表現在人際交往上特別是戀愛中便是忽冷忽熱。因此，我需要絕對的安全感，這是一種說不清道不明的東西，反正就是不會讓我感到不舒服，易誘發糟糕狀態的感覺。很多時候，安全感來自於他們獨有的私人空間。總之，狀態好時，我是大眾的寵兒;狀態不好時，卻是世界的逃兵。
我的這種性格讓愛我的人感到委屈和無助，我的情緒善變。也不僅僅是多愁善感一詞可以概括，很多時候我會莫名地陷入悲痛和自責中。在冷時，我最希望躲進自己一個人的世界裡，獨自在孤獨和冷漠中調整自己的情緒，等心事已了時再走出來。然而世界並不我而轉，很多時候我要面對很多實際的瑣事，這時的我便不得不在冷中面對周圍世界：要么說話做事很不自然，有做作的痕跡;要么便極度冷漠和被動，對誰都不理不睬。其實我很清楚自己現在的樣子，但我無力改變和控制自己的情緒，只能選擇瘋狂地逃避一切。我想的是：與其很不自然地面對你，尷尬地和你說些無關痛癢地話，或是因和平時反差太大而被人說成表里不一、性格怪異，還不如先躲一陣子，等調節好了以後再出來。所以，在與人交往中，我只會和不得不交流的人或是完全陌生的人交談，而和熟悉的朋友反而疏遠。你在他心中地位越重，我躲得你越遠。特別是你，我只會讓你感覺到我的存在，而不讓你觸碰到我或是見到我，若即若離的感覺。原因很簡單：我只想給你一個最好最完美的自己，而不願讓你看到我無助脆弱的一面。所以請記住，有時我對你冷，絕不是你說錯做錯什麼，這是我正常的生理現象，我只是不想讓嚴寒和冰霜傷害了你(可事實上這種做法已經傷害了你)。你不必難過，因為我在乎你，我的內心比你還要難過、自責和內疚!我所能做的，只希望快點調整好情緒，回到你的身邊。
我有時便會表現出非常另類的行為和思維模式。我的性格也很多來源於此：不喜主動，不善交際，不愛表現，不喜拋頭露面。
我並不很愛乾淨，但卻要求整潔，我更多的是井然有序，不喜歡別人破壞我所整理和布置的“完美”格局。一般說來我絕不花心，忠誠是我的代名詞。異性關係多，很可能是我需要確定一個好人緣和自己有魅力，來反擊那些普遍觀點。一旦找到心中真愛，我會呵護你一輩子，只要你能給我安全感，我永不背叛，心中眼中唯你一人。尋花問柳，紅杏出牆這些事與我絕緣(一是責任感所致，二是怕麻煩)。
不是創意非凡，也不是計畫周密，我更多體現的是智慧。細膩、理性、好學加上一流的洞察力和最強的邏輯思維能力，我想不聰明都難。很多緯紗我一眼便能看透;別人也休想跟我玩什麼心計他們玩不過我的。我沒理也可找出理，甚至找出不止一條理來，但你除外。我是永遠不會吃虧的。不過很奇怪，有時我會經常刻意地表現出很單純很愚蠢很好欺負的樣子，原因只有我自己心裡清楚。
我很純真，但絕不單純，我內心複雜得讓人難以想像，很多不經意的事可能都是我精心布置的。我也總在純潔和好色之間徘徊，這一點最難說清。不過我真正的內心是極其善良的，寧可自己苦也不願傷害任何人，心靈如水晶一般晶瑩剔透。
都說我冷若冰霜，缺乏幽默。多和我接觸吧，你會體會到什麼是冷幽默，什麼是真正的`幽默，而並非品位低俗的搞笑。
別看有時你和我說某些提議時我半天才反應過來，在你說好的一瞬間，我腦子裡可能已經轉過五六個你這項提議會造成的後果(通常是消極後果了，我總是想得太多，絕非想得太慢。)
我的自私絕不是種惟我獨尊，也不是以自我為中心。我正因為是無私的，所以顯得自私。(能夠理解嗎?)因為我不想傷害任何人。
由於我性格上的因素，我通常會顯得壓力很大。當周遭的事物已無法掌控，或是自己的情緒無法調節好時，我會瘋狂地逃避，墮落自己，這種狀況通常對別人無害，卻是傷害自己，讓所有我的人感到心碎。不過不用太擔心，過一陣子我自己會好的，我天性的自我批判精神很快便會起作用。我一般不會徹底墮落，墮落前可能都已留有餘地，只是在等待著希望的來臨。甚至有時墮落都是做給別人看的。
我有涵養這一點是肯定的。在成長中不斷吸取教訓，不斷學習，取人之長來豐富自己的內涵。因為我感覺到情緒無法把握，而這些是自己可以踏踏實實做到的，將來一定有幫助。這是我所追求的完美主義目標。
我守護著自己聖潔的王國。我是一個純潔而善良，謹慎而怯懦的人，且有節癖，不喜歡別人亂動我的東西，侵犯我的生活空間。但有時我如果過分堅持，別人會認為你很小氣，心胸狹窄，因一點小事，便大動肝火，殊不知是冒犯了我的禁忌。由於我過度潔癖，凡事想得太完美的緣故，我眼裡容不下一點污穢或醜陋的事情。尤其是當有人褻瀆了我聖潔的王國時，一定會被我逐出國境，並對他發一頓脾氣，令人莫名其妙哭笑不得。另外，我的自尊心極強，非常自負。我又具有對事物具有敏銳的的洞察力察力、正確的判斷力，所以對人，對事總喜愛批評一番，而且往往一針見血，絲毫不留餘地，這樣難免會得罪一些人，加之我對人頗不以為然，使你多少有些受到排斥。但如果我不大肆抨擊其他人或事，應是受歡迎的。
我天生纖細的心思，我向來是個“為人服務的”，這個特質，使得我的人緣雖不見得好到那裡，卻也不會多差。我大概有是最嚴格自製、最修養到家的，但我習慣性的“自我批評”常使人誤會我有一自製，有點冷漠。而完美主義者的個性有常使我身邊的人喘不過氣來。
我十分看重枝微末節，常為了小地方的完美而忽略了大局。我工作勤奮、重實際，我不僅慎重且具有樂於助人的天性，我具有服務精神，並充分享受施予的樂趣。因為有一股來自精神的力量支撐我行動力，所以我看起來總是忙得團團轉，但卻樂在其中。問題是我很難放鬆心情去享受休閒生活，要我停下來休息，受困擾的情況就像別人遇到難題一般。我特別對人體的健康和衛生感到興趣，也會對日常飲食力行節制。

在下姓張，草字姝雅。此名號雖不甚響亮，但寓意不凡。據家母說，這“姝雅”二字，乃是源於一本歌頌蘇聯紅軍的小說《卓婭與舒拉的故事》，她將“舒”、“婭”演化為了現在的“姝雅”，此乃其一。其二，“姝”取美好之意，“雅”取高雅，志趣高尚之意，寄託了家人的無限期望。
我的家庭用政治書上的說法，是典型的核心家庭。母親勤奮，父親節儉;母親細膩，父親粗獷;母親嚴肅，父親幽默。偶爾吵吵小架，一句玩笑了結。作為獨生女兒的我，兼容父母二人之特點，仨人相互彌補，相處其樂融融。
家中最多的藏物就是書，擺滿了兩個書架、兩個柜子、一張桌子還不算，連窗台上、椅子上、地上都是書的影蹤，滿室的“顏如玉”，儼然一個“黃金屋”，滿室書香，這大概與父母均是教書人有莫大的關係吧，一位大學老師，一位高中老師，豈有每日不伏案翻書，“三更燈火”之理?

鮮花，掌聲，明亮的聚光燈與羨慕的眼神對於我來說並不陌生，甚至可以說是很熟悉。但這一切並不屬於我，因為我的角色只是這一切的見證者，見證著哥哥的成功，見證著他的輝煌。
“哥，祝賀你，又拿了冠軍。”在一家四口人一起出遊時，我總是站在哥哥身後，因為那位置才適合我這個不起眼的妹妹。
也許是哥哥先出生的緣故吧!好像所有的幸運都在哥哥身上。他人長得帥，個子高，學習又好，會下圍棋彈吉他，聰明不說還特別討人喜歡。而我的出生似乎只是為了襯托哥哥的美好吧!不出眾的外表，不優秀的成績，只會畫個漫畫卻被說成耽誤學業，甚至被找過家長罰過站，惹得爸媽連連嘆氣。

“那個時候，我還年輕。雖然剛剛上班時也是身無分文，但是我活的有骨氣有動力。而且那時候我還有一個漂亮的女朋友，每天和她在一起，我覺得特別開心。後來我的事業開始漸漸起步，我的目標遠遠不是當年的三餐飽，於是我開始向更高的地方攀爬。社交，應酬，我漸漸的從那個誠實的小伙子變成如魚得水的商人。再後來，我和那個女朋友分手了，原因是我的新未婚妻是有名集團的千金。結婚前一個月，母親對我說她很開心自己的兒子有出息，但是她更希望自己的兒子獲得快，她說只有我自己知道什麼才是真正的我。就那一番話使我突然發現這么多追尋讓我忘記了當初的我，那個單純善良的人，那個愛她的人。於是，第二天我就辭別那個熟悉的地方，踏上了屬於我自己的路程。”“那，後來呢?”“後來，我找到了當初的女友，用我的真心感動了她，並且在這裡創造了屬於我的事業，在後來一切都變得好起來了。”我跟在爺爺身後，靜靜的聽著他的故事。

My name is jack， it is really a great honor to have this opportunity for a interview， i would like to answer whatever you may raise， and i hope i can make a good performance today， eventually enroll in this prestigious university in september. now i will introduce myself briefly，i am 21 years old，born in heilongjiang province ，northeast of china，and i am curruently a senior student at beijing uni.
My major is packaging engineering.and i will receive my bachelor degree after my graduation in june.in the past 4 years，i spend most of my time on study，i have passed CET4/6 with a ease. and i have acquired basic knowledge of packaging and publishing both in theory and in practice. besides， i have attend several packaging exhibition hold in Beijing， this is our advantage study here， i have taken a tour to some big factory and company. through these i have a deeply understanding of domestic packaging industry. compared to developed countries such as us， unfortunately， although we have made extraordinary progress since 1978，our packaging industry are still underdeveloped， mess， unstable， the situation of employees in this field are awkard. but i have full confidence in a bright future if only our economy can keep the growth pace still.
