一、從調整內因方面入手，著重抓-以下幾項工作：

1、以科學發展觀為指導，樹立大局觀念和發展意識，堅持平穩發展。我們想問題，辦事情，要從大局出發，把個人置身於行業發展的大環境中，做到個人服從整體，局部服從大局，眼前服從長遠，我們要緊緊抓住行業內外良-的發展環境，以提高企業核心競爭力和總體實力為目標，做到質量、效益、速度三者的協調統一，緊緊圍繞增強企業贏利能力和提高核心競爭力這一發展主線，實現共同發展和企業的可持續發展。

2、正確認識和處理企業與員工的關係。培養全體員工的主人翁意識，樹立“企盛我榮，企衰我辱”的工作榮譽觀，真正把企業的興衰成敗與員工個人的前途命運緊密結合在一起。要想達到這兩方面完美的結合，歸根結底就是要建立科學的付出與回報制度，即工作考核與工資待遇的科學掛鈎機制。

3、正確處理制度管理與人性管理的關係。沒有規矩，無以成方圓，科學的管理制度無疑是企業正常運轉的重要保障，然而，再-的制度也有其本身不可克服的固有弊端。事物是不斷發展變化的，而制度具有相對的穩定性，往往容易忽略客觀存在的變化，從而打擊人的主觀能動性;另一方面，單純的人性管理雖然照顧了人的主觀性，卻往往忽視了客觀存在，其結果可能是更加嚴重的挫傷員工的積極性。所以，要達到科學有效的管理，就要堅持原則性於靈活性的統一，在構建科學嚴謹制度的同時合理地引入彈性制度。

4、協調企業內部關係，切實加強專銷結合，提高工作效率。企業內部各部門雖然分工不同，各司其職，但各部門工作環節卻是環環相扣，密不可分，任何一個環節出現不和諧，都會影響企業整體的運作，在這點上專賣與銷售的結合顯得尤為重要，企業最終必然以追求效益為目標，而菸草效益的實現專賣是基礎，銷售是關鍵，一方面我們要注重服務，但服務的前提是管理，即堅持專賣制度;另一方面我們要堅持專賣制度，同時又要使專賣制度下的菸草充滿生機與活力，即提高服務的質量和效果。

5，處理-重大事情與緊急事件的關係，最高效的管理時間，力爭每一時間都在做最有生產力的事情。“事分輕重緩急”，那么，緊急的事情與重要的事情之間，到底應該先做哪件事情呢?當然第一個要做的一定是既緊急又重要的事情。當一個人或企業天天都在處理這些問題的時候，就表示其時間管理並不是那么的理想，我們必須學會如何把重要的事情變得緊急，這時就是在做高生產力的事情了。對我們來說，制度的確立可謂是高生產力的事情，當我們用科學、完善的制度來管理各項企業事務時，許多緊急、煩瑣、棘手的事情也就可以按照制度來解決，這樣，企業就避免在層層請示和級級審批中浪費寶貴的生產力了。當然，制度的制訂與完善需要較長時間，即便是神聖莊嚴的法律，自製定以來也是經過了數次的修訂的，一次制定就達到最-最完善也是不可能，如果客觀形勢確實發生變化與制度的規定相衝突時，則要與時俱進，及時作出相應的解釋或者修改，從而使制度能夠繼續指導實際工作。

6、與時俱進，勇於創新。事物總是在變化中不斷發展的，世上沒有一成不變的事物。俗話說：“只有做不到，沒有想不到”，有句廣告詞說得很-：“心有多大，舞台就有多大”!說的就是理想與創造。人類從食不裹腹、衣不蔽體的原始社會進化到各種物質極大豐富的文明社會，難道不是理想與創造所成就的嗎?裹足不前、墨守成規的結局只能是沒落，落後必然遭到淘汰。在座的每個人一定對菸草的未來都有一個美麗的夢想，有的夢想中國菸草是世界上最強大的，有的夢想××菸草是中國最富有的，有的夢想著上班開小車，有的夢想著回家住洋房……多么美-啊!還等什麼?來吧，拿出我們的智慧、拿出我們的勇氣、拿出我們的行動，看吧，這一天不遠啦!

二、世界是聯繫的，菸草也不能獨自置身世外，構建和諧社會，菸草當然義不容辭。從調整外因方面入手，著重應抓-以下問題：

1、高度重視輿論的導向作用，注重利用宣傳的效應。在這個資訊快速發展的年代，“酒香不怕巷子深”這句話已經不適用了，我們要做黃婆，自賣還要自誇，通過各種途徑增強企業的美譽度，增強產品的知名度。近兩年，我們通過幹部下鄉扶貧，捐款抗洪救災，員工義務獻血等形式，使菸草在廣大民眾中有了良-的口碑，極大地提升了菸草的社會形象，取得了很-的效果。

2、菸草部門不但要接受上級主管部門的領導，也要接受當地人民政府的領導。因此，我們要加強與政府、政府各職能部門以及其他執法部門的聯繫與合作，爭取得到他們的最大關心和支持，為我們創造和諧安定的外部環境，只有這樣，只有給我們出難題的人少了，為我們辦實事的人多了;拆我們台的人少了，為我們撐腰的人多了;說我們壞話的人少了，鼓勵、支持我們的人多了，我們才能聚精會神搞生產，一心一意謀發展。

3、下大力氣解決-當前幾個突出矛盾。世界是矛盾的，“矛盾無處沒有，矛盾無處不在”，我們當前所面臨的主要矛盾就是：a、涉煙違法分子手段越來越狡猾，自我維權意識越來越高與執法人員辦案能力不強，法律意識不高之間的矛盾。要解決這一矛盾，關鍵還是執法隊伍的建設，在有效機制的激勵下，只有通過嚴格的培訓和篩選，才能鍛造出一支責任心強，戰鬥力強，適應當前的執法環境的專賣隊伍。b、無證經營戶的存在與廣大持證經營戶之間的矛盾。二者矛盾的根本點就是非法利益與合法利益之間的衝突，而由於受法律許可權的限制，單純靠菸草的力量是遠遠不夠的，必須要爭取得到工商部門在其許可權範圍內對我們工作的最大支持，可以毫不誇張地說，誰攻克了工商，誰就在治理無證戶問題上邁出了一大步，在這一點上，南寧市的經驗值得我們借鑑。c、經營戶贏利水平低，參與管理的積極性不高與推進誠信等級管理之間的矛盾。誠信等級管理最關鍵的就是“誠信”二字，我們首先要誠信，才能要求經營戶誠信。這就要求我們從等級的評定到各種不同等級待遇的實現都要進行嚴格的把關，只有切實按照規定兌現各種不同待遇，才能真正體現出級別的差異，才能增加經營戶對我們的依賴和信心，才能使誠信等級管理工作真正管出效果、管出效益。

4、處理-零售戶合理布局與保持社會穩定的關係。推進合理布局工作，必然要觸及到一些人、一些方面的利益，必然要和保持社會穩定的大局這一問題一起考慮。首先，要端正思想態度，推進合理布局是法律賦予我們的權力，同時是菸草管理髮展的必然趨勢，更是社會經濟發展的必然要求，是順應時勢的;其次，推進合理布局工作的根本目的是實現菸草市場資源的最佳化和有效配置，最大限度地提高捲菸經營戶的贏利水平，是合乎民意的;再次，在推進合理布局工作中要保持清醒的頭腦，防止別有用心的人利用機會散布謠言、製造混亂，進行意圖破壞社會穩定的事情。而要做到這一點，最有效的手段就是一方面與政府有關部門協調，作-被裁減經營戶的思想轉變工作和再創業工作，同時與推進誠信等級管理工作結合起來，切實在管理上上手段，在管理上儘快出效果，讓廣大經營戶儘快得到實惠，從而實現提高經營戶贏利水平，促進菸草行業健康有序發展的初衷。

雖然早已和大家熟識了，但在這個特別的日子裡，我還是要簡單作個自我介紹，我叫，今年35歲，中共黨員，現任公司專賣科稽查隊隊長。我於一九九四年由部隊復員到公司工作，一直戰鬥在菸草專賣戰線上，十多年來，在公司各級領導的關心培養和同志們支持幫助下，我從一個菸草工作的門外漢，成長為一名熟悉菸草專賣業務的菸草人;九九年擔任專賣科稽查隊隊長以來，多次被公司評為先進工作者、20xx年被評為省十佳稽查隊長。藉此機會，我衷心的感謝公司領導多年來對我的信任與培養，衷心的感謝各位戰友、同仁的支持與幫助!

6、面試自我介紹結束

對於你的自我介紹，考官既可能就其中某一點、向你提出問題廣也可能過渡一下，繼續下面已經安排好的問題。這時考官會說：“我們十分欣賞你的能力……”或“你的自我介紹很精采……”等，那么一聲“謝謝“將是你最得體的應答。

考官會問你：“談談你自己的情況如何?”這是面試中的第一個問題。此刻，你應把在此之前所有緊張不安的情緒穩定下來。因為這個問題，應試者已經做了充分的準備，並且有足夠的信心和勇氣相信自己能回答好這個問題。

接下來要著重結合你的職業理想說明你應考這個公務員職位的原因，這一點相當重要。你可以談你對應考單位或職務的認識了解，說明你選擇這個單位或職務的強烈願望。原先有工作單位的應試者應解釋清楚自己放棄原來的工作而做出新的職業選擇的原因。你還可以談如果你被錄取，那么你將怎樣盡職盡責地工作，並不斷根據需要完善和發展自己。當然這些都應密切聯繫你的價值觀與職業觀。不過，如果你將自己描述為不食人間煙火的、不計較個人利益的“聖人”，那么考官們對你的求職動機的信任，就要大打折扣了。

這裡我們介紹了一條清晰的線索，便於你組織你的自我介紹。為了保證結構明確，有條有理，你可以多用短句子以便於口語表述，並且在段與段之間使用過渡句子，口語也要注意思路、敘述語言的流暢，儘量避免顛三倒四，同一句話反覆說幾遍的“粘糊勁，同時不要用過於隨便的表述。

General Introduction

I am a third year master major in automation at Shanghai Jiao Tong University P. R. China. With tremendous interest in Industrial Engineering I am writing to apply for acceptance into your

In 1995 I entered the Nanjing University of Science &Technology (NUST) -- widely considered one of the China’s best engineering schools. During the following undergraduate study my academic records kept distinguished among the whole department. I was granted First Class Prize every semester and my overall GPA(89.5/100) ranked No.1 among 113 students. In 1999 I got the privilege to enter the graduate program waived of the admission test. I selected the Shanghai Jiao Tong University to continue my study for its best reputation on Combinatorial Optimization and Network Scheduling where my research interest lies.

At the period of my graduate study my overall GPA(3.77/4.0) ranked top 5% in the department. In the second semester I became teacher assistant that is given to talented and matured students only. This year I won the Acer Scholarship as the one and only candidate in my department which is the ultimate accolade for distinguished students endowed by my university. Presently I am preparing my graduation thesis and trying for the honor of Excellent Graduation Thesis.

Research experience and academic activity

When a sophomore I joined the Association of AI Enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research. In 1997 I participated in simulation tool development for the scheduling system in Prof. Wang’s lab. With the tool of OpenGL and Matlab I designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system. It is now widely used by different research groups in NUST. In 1998 I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis &dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant. This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.

In 1999 I joined the distinguished Professor Yu-Geng Xis research group aiming at Network flow problem solving and Heuristic algorithm research. Soon I was engaged in the FuDan Gene Database Design. My duty was to pick up the useful information among different kinds of gene matching format. Through the comparison and analysis for many heuristic algorithms I introduced an improved evolutionary algorithm -- Multi-population Genetic Algorithm.

By dividing a whole population into several sub-populations this improved algorithm can effectively prevent GA from local convergence and promote various evolutionary orientations. It proved more efficiently than SGA in experiments too. In the second semester I joined the workshop-scheduling research in Shanghai Heavy Duty Tyre plant. The scheduling was designed for the rubber-ma-ki-ng process that covered not only discrete but also continuous circumstances. To make a balance point between optimization quality and time cost I proposed a Dynamic layered Scheduling method based on hybrid Petri Nets. The practical application showed that the average makespan was shortened by a large scale. I also publicized two pa-pe-rs in core journals with this idea. Recently I am doing research in the Composite Predict of the Electrical Power system assisted with the technology of Data Mining for Bao Steel. I try to combine the Decision Tree with Receding Optimization to provide a new solution for the Composite Predictive Problem. This project is now under construction.

Besides In July 20xx I got the opportunity to give a lecture in English in Asia Control Conference (ASCC) which is one of the top-level conferences among the world in the area of control and automation. In my senior year I met Prof. Xiao-Song Lin a visiting professor of mathematics from University of California-Riverside I learned graph theory from him for my network research. These experiences all rapidly expanded my knowledge of English and the understanding of western culture.

With the tool of OpenGL and Matlab, I designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system. It is now widely used by different research groups in NUST. In 1998, I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis & dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant. This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.

In 1999, I joined the distinguished Professor Yu-Geng Xis research group aiming at Network flow problem solving and Heuristic algorithm research. Soon I was engaged in the FuDan Gene Database Design. My duty was to pick up the useful information among different kinds of gene matching format. Through the comparison and analysis for many heuristic algorithms, I introduced an improved evolutionary algorithm -- Multi-population Genetic Algorithm. By dividing a whole population into several sub-populations, this improved algorithm can effectively prevent GA from local convergence and promote various evolutionary orientations. It proved more efficiently than SGA in experiments, too. In the second semester, I joined the workshop-scheduling research in Shanghai Heavy Duty Tyre plant. The scheduling was designed for the rubber-making process that covered not only discrete but also continuous circumstances. To make a balance point between optimization quality and time cost, I proposed a Dynamic Layered Scheduling method based on hybrid Petri Nets. The practical application showed that the

為什麼面試官要求職者做自我介紹?面試官透過自我介紹想考察被面試者什麼?只有了解面試官的目的，被面試者才能做好自我介紹。

面試官透過被面試者自我介紹要考察以下五方面資料：

第一，考察自我介紹資料和遞交簡歷資料是否相衝突?如果簡歷是真實的，口述自我介紹就不會有明顯出入。如果簡歷有假，自我介紹階段一般就會漏馬腳。如被面試者反問：“我的經歷在簡歷里都寫了”，面試官會認為這人個色，印象分一下子降為負數。

第二，考察被面試者基本的邏輯思維潛力、語言表達潛力，總結提煉概括潛力。

第三，考察被面試者是否聚焦，是否簡練和精幹，現場的感知潛力與把控潛力。

第四，考察被面試者初步的自我認知潛力和價值取向。因為被面試者要敘述職業切換關鍵節點處的原因，尤其要考察最近職業變動的原因。第五，考察被面試者是否聽明白了面試官的話以及時光的掌控潛力。有時面試官給出的問題是“請您用3到5分鐘做一自我介紹”，被面試者有時一介紹就超過10分鐘，甚至20分鐘，逼得面試官不得不多次提醒引導。

所以說，自我介紹是被面試者在紙面之外最能夠呈現潛力的一個地方。一般狀況下，也是被面試者在整個面試過程中惟一一次主動展示自我的機會。如果還有一次，那就是面試官最後一個問題：“您還有什麼問我的?”但這個問題通常只是面試官認為被面試者基本靠譜了，才會留下這個問題。

面試自我介紹有哪些禁忌?

1。忌諱主動介紹個人愛好。面試時不要介紹個人愛好，除非面試官主動問。有被面試者雖然工作多年了，往往在做自我介紹時，仍興致盎然地介紹個人愛好，如：登山、打球、聽音樂等等，不僅僅白白浪費時光，還讓面試官感覺你成熟度不夠。注意，個人愛好不等於個人特長。

2。忌諱頭重腳輕。上來把自我剛參加工作那一段經歷講得十分詳細，講得眉飛色舞，以至於忽略了時光，忽然發現時光很緊了，只好把近年的事情一代而過，結果面試官對你的把握還停留在你剛參加工作那一段經歷里，對你的潛力會產生錯誤的決定，同時會認為你時光概念不強。曾有一位被面試者，我連續提醒和引導，1小時還沒有做完自我介紹。還有一位老總都工作20年了，自我介紹了30分鐘，還沒有走出大學畢業後前兩年在西北沙漠裡奔波。

3。忌諱過於簡單，沒有資料。這倒很爽快，結果1分鐘把工作的經歷全部說完，沒有下文了，只介紹幹了什麼，沒介紹乾成了什麼和自我的專業特長，全等著面試官發問。而面試官除了你簡單的經歷什麼也沒聽著，不知該從何問起。這就等於你放下了一次主動展示自我的機會，等面試官發問你就得被動應付。面試官也會認為你過於輕率，或溝通表達潛力不強。

4。忌諱介紹背景而不介紹自我。把自我企業介紹了很多，對自我的介紹很少。甚至有的已經是國內知名品牌和國際知名品牌企業，還把企業的發展歷程興致勃勃地介紹了10分鐘。這樣面試官會認為你智商有問題，或不明白自我乾什麼來的。

5。忌諱把崗位職責當個人業績來呈現。比如是市場部總監，結果你把整個市場部的職責逐條介紹了一遍，占了很多時光。你就應介紹自我在擔任市場部總監這段時光內，自我所做出的個人努力，採取的工作方法，動用了什麼資源，最終取得的實實在在的業績。出現這種狀況，往往是面試經驗不豐富造成的，透過專業的獵頭顧問，會幫忙你避免這種低級錯誤。

6。忌諱說滿和說謊。在做自我介紹時，全部事實不必須都說盡，但說出來的必須是事實，必須不要說謊，不要把自我吹噓得天花亂墜，無所不能。說得太完美了，面試官也不會相信，輕則會認為你自我認知潛力不夠，重則會認為你職業操守有問題。坦然應對我們過往工作經歷中的一些曲折，也是一種職業品質和瀟灑。

Education background

In 1995, I entered the Nanjing University of Science & Technology (NUST) -- widely considered one of the China's best engineering schools. When a sophomore, I joined the Association of AI Enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research. In 1997, I participated in simulation tool development for the scheduling system in Prof. Wang's lab. With the tool of OpenGL and Matlab, I designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system. It is now widely used by different research groups in NUST. In 1998, I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis & dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant. This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.

In 1999, I joined the distinguished Professor Yu-Geng Xis research group aiming at Network flow problem solving and Heuristic algorithm research. Soon I was engaged in the FuDan Gene Database Design. My duty was to pick up the useful information among different kinds of gene matching format. Through the

comparison and analysis for many heuristic algorithms, I introduced an improved evolutionary algorithm -- Multi-population Genetic Algorithm. By dividing a whole population into several sub-populations, this improved algorithm can effectively prevent GA from local convergence and promote various evolutionary

orientations. It proved more efficiently than SGA in experiments, too. In the second semester, I joined the workshop-scheduling research in Shanghai Heavy Duty Tyre plant. The scheduling was designed for the rubber-making process that covered not only discrete but also continuous circumstances. To make a balance point between optimization quality and time cost, I proposed a Dynamic Layered Scheduling method based on hybrid Petri Nets. The practical application showed that the

he Electrical Power system assisted with the technology of Data Mining for Bao Steel. I try to combine the Decision Tree with Receding Optimization to provide a new solution for the Composite Predictive Problem. This project is now under construction.

作為應化102班的一份子,在過去的一年裡很感謝班助對我們的關懷與照顧。我知道班助對新生的影響是很大的，他們在一定程度上能夠幫助新生更好地適應大學的目標，更好地明確自己的大學生活。同樣給予他們家的溫暖，同樣能讓他們感受到我們包材學院的溫馨。

一、個人信息(簡介)我是套用化學1002班的班長：周偉。我應聘的是套用化學專業佇列班助一職。

我平時喜歡參加體育運動，基本上每個體育項目都會，在日前的院裡“陽光體育運動會”踢毽比賽中我獲得獎品。自己最喜歡的是足球。高中踢了三年的足球，我堅信“生命在於運動”，所以我經常堅持晨跑。

在大一的一年裡，我擔任套用化學1002班班長一職，雖然沒有做出什麼驚天動地的偉績，通過組織的大大小小的活動我已經把“溫馨班級”的理念注入應化102班這一集體之中，在和其他幾位班委的帶領下，我們班越來越溫馨，越來越具有凝聚力。作為班長，這個決策人和領導人，我組織了許多活動。班裡組織了外出活動，如組織去嶽麓山，去韶山旅行，組織全班去石峰野炊燒烤，最近還帶領同學參觀了城市規劃局，此外我還借著學院組織活動的機會組織了許多班級活動，例如，在“人文素質提升月”活動中，我組織和策劃了“中外電影模仿”晚會。

二、競選理由

我競選佇列班助的理由有以下幾點:

第一、我認為班助是一個崇高的職務，因為崇高，我所以熱愛。

第二、我們的班助從迎新開始到現在對我們做的許多事，他們的行為讓我感動，他們的精神值得我們學習，我想通過自己的努力使這種助人為樂的精神得以傳承。

第三、對於一年的大學生活，我深知一個道理：大學是拉近距離的地方。更是拉開距離的地方。所以，大學很有可能就是你人生的一個縮影，在大學碌碌無為，不思進取，被生活腐化，到了社會上就很難再有成就。所以對於我們來說，在大學充實的生活就顯得格外重要。對於剛剛走過高考的新生來說他們面前有兩個選擇：

第五、雖然在過去的一年裡，我通過班長這一職務已經學到了許多，也提高了許多，但是一個人發展的空間是無限廣闊的，我需要另一個舞台來提高自己。關於“班助是一個很辛苦的角色”，這一點我是不否認的，但我是一個知難而進的人，我認為只有困難才能真正鍛鍊出一個人的韌性，從而讓自己變得更成熟，更穩重。

三、競選優勢：

第一、我的責任心很強，能夠很好的貫徹各項要求。樂於助人，積極向上，我們班的同學都覺得我是老好人，對於這一點，了解我的人是深信不疑的。

第二、我有很強的洞察力，我相信我可以觀察新生的心裡動態和情緒反映。我也善於與人相處，對於傾訴者來說，我更願意當一名聆聽者，我沉穩，所以別人也願意與我聊天。

第三、我不怕吃苦，學校里、寒暑假都做兼職，記得寒假在飯店打工，整個春節沒在家裡過年。我堅信我能在軍訓時克服炎熱天氣，能夠陪著新生們一起軍訓。

第四、在去年的軍訓中，我就協助我們班的佇列班助管理班級，軍訓早中晚點名、整隊，處理軍訓時候的一些事情。對於這方面我是比較有經驗的。

第五、我在大一一年裡擔任班長，熟悉學院學校各項工作的安排，熟悉學院學校的各項方針。株洲，對於我經常喜歡逛的人來說，株洲許多地方我去過，也很熟悉。所以新生一來，基本上所有的問題我都可以為他們解答。

四、班助的工作規劃

如果我有幸當選佇列班助的話，我會嚴格的做好以下幾點：

第一、在迎新期間，我會每天準時到有迎新點迎接新生，為他們辦理入學手續，幫助搬行李和整理寢室，24小時開機，隨時做好迎新準備。

第二、軍訓期間，我會以陪著新生一起吃苦為宗旨，儘量抽出更多的時間到軍訓廠上，及時給他們提供水，此外我還會學習一些防暑知識為他們做好力所能及的事，給予他們無私的關懷。

第三、軍訓結束後，配合其他班助組織新生選拔出優秀的班委並做好班級日常工作的交接。

第四、在新生選出班委後我也會經常和他們交流，了解他們的一些情況，雖然大二沒有了晚自習，我也會和他們一起上晚自習。加強對他們的了解，以便更好地解決問題。對於剛剛結束高中緊張枯燥生活的大一新生來說。充實豐富多彩的大學生活往往可以帶給他們新奇感這種輕鬆的生活很容易使一些新生腐化墮落，甚至沉溺於網路遊戲。

自我介紹也是一種說服的手段與藝術，聰明的應試者會以公務員考錄的要求與測試重點而組織自我介紹的內容，你不僅僅要告訴考官們你是多么優秀的人，你更要告訴考官，你如何地適合這個工作崗位。而與面試無關的內容，既使是你引以為榮的優點和長處，你也要忍痛捨棄，以突出重點。

(2)自我介紹要有充分的信心。

要想讓考官們欣賞你，你必須明確地告訴考官們你具有應考職位必需的能力與素質，而只有你對此有信心並表現出這種信心後，你才證明了自己。

應試者在談自己的優點的一個明智的辦法是：在談到自己的優點時，保持低調。也就是輕描淡寫、語氣平靜，只談事實，別用自己的主觀評論。同時也要注意適可而止，重要的、關鍵的，要談，與面試無關的特長最好別談。另外，談過自己的優點後，也要談自己的缺點，但一定要強調自己克服這些缺點的願望和努力。

(1)應試者應充分利用各種個人資源。除了前面提到的面帶微笑、目光交流、坐姿端正等表情、身體語言外，請以沉穩平靜的聲音、以中等語速、以清晰的吐字發音、以開朗響亮的聲調給考官以愉悅的聽覺享受，聲音小而模糊、吞吞吐吐的人，一定是膽怯、緊張、不自信和缺乏活力與感染力的。

(2)情緒也是一個需要控制的重要方面。情緒，做為個人的重要素養，如果在自我介紹中起伏波動，就會產生負面影響。例如在介紹自己的基本情況時面無表情、語調生硬;在談及自己的優點時眉飛色舞。興奮不已;而在談論自己的缺點時又無精打采、萎糜不振。

(3)有的應試者談及自己的興趣愛好時，說自己喜歡唱歌，便自做主張，一展歌喉，在面試考場上為考官們唱它一曲，直到被考官客氣地打斷後，才反應過來行為有些出格。

(4)有的應試者描述自己喜歡這樣、愛好那樣，如：文學、藝術、旅遊、攝影等等，由此考官進一步詢問其拍攝過什麼作品，這位考生的回答卻是她喜歡別人給她拍照，還說家裡的幾本影集都已經滿了。

(5)有的應試者在介紹家庭關係時，似乎“漫不經心”地告訴考官們，自己的某位遠房親戚是應考單位的上司單位的某領導。

(6)有的應試者表示將來踏上工作崗位，將“一定要……“絕對……諸如此類的保證，似乎在做就職演講。

這些例子很多畫蛇添足似的自我介紹不但不會為你的形象增添色彩，會“越抹越黑”!。

2、投其所好

清楚自己的強項後，便可以開始準備自我介紹的內容：包括工作模式、優點、技能，突出成就、專業知識、學術背景等。

好處眾多，但只有短短一分鐘，所以一切還是與該公司有關的好。如果是一間電腦軟體公司，應說些電腦軟體的話題;如是一間金融財務公司，便可跟他說錢的事，總之投其所好。

Research experience and academic activity

When a sophomore， I joined the Association of AI Enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research. In 1997， I participated in simulation tool development for the scheduling system in Prof. Wangs lab. With the tool of OpenGL and Matlab， I designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system. It is now widely used by different research groups in NUST. In 1998， I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis & dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant. This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.

In 1999， I joined the distinguished Professor Yu-Geng Xi's research group aiming at Network flow problem solving and Heuristic algorithm research. Soon I was engaged in the FuDan Gene Database Design. My duty was to pick up the useful information among different kinds of gene matching format. Through the comparison and analysis for many heuristic algorithms， I introduced an improved evolutionary algorithm -- Multi-population Genetic Algorithm. By dividing a whole population into several sub-populations， this improved algorithm can effectively prevent GA from local convergence and promote various evolutionary orientations. It proved more efficiently than SGA in experiments， too. In the second semester， I joined the workshop-scheduling research in Shanghai Heavy Duty Tyre plant. The scheduling was designed for the rubber-making process that covered not only discrete but also continuous circumstances. To make a balance point between optimization quality and time cost， I proposed a Dynamic Layered Scheduling method based on hybrid Petri Nets. The practical application showed that the average makespan was shortened by a large scale. I also publicized two papers in core journals with this idea. Recently， I am doing research in the Composite Predict of the Electrical Power system assisted with the technology of Data Mining for Bao Steel. I try to combine the Decision Tree with Receding Optimization to provide a new solution for the Composite Predictive Problem. This project is now under construction.

Besides， In July 20xx， I got the opportunity to give a lecture in English in Asia Control Conference which is one of the top-level conferences among the world in the area of control and automation. In my senior year， I met Prof. Xiao-Song Lin， a visiting professor of mathematics from University of California-Riverside， I learned graph theory from him for my network research. These experiences all rapidly expanded my knowledge of English and the understanding of western culture.

I hope to study in depth

In retrospect， I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and experience， which has prepared me for the Ph.D. program. My future research interests include: Network Scheduling Problem， Heuristic Algorithm research (especially in GA and Neural network)， Supply chain network research， Hybrid system performance analysis with Petri nets and Data Mining.
