我分別在骨傷科、外科、小兒科、五官科等科室工作。熟練掌握骨外科、顱腦外科、普外科、泌尿外科、及五官科各種疾病的護理。能熟練掌握新生兒急救技能，擅長新生兒急危重症護理，早產兒極地體重兒的護理。熟練掌握新生兒腋靜脈穿刺、深靜脈穿刺置管術、撓動脈穿刺等技術難度的操作。
我始終以積極的信念和勤奮的態度，對護理工作滿腔熱情，將耐心、細心、熱心、責任心貫穿於整個護理工作，在業務方面認真專研，不斷加強業務學習，把學到的新理論新觀念及時的運用到護理工作的具體實踐中，真正做到以病人為中心,以質量為核心的服務宗旨，工作盡職盡責、踏踏實實。練就了紮實的基本功，成為了科室的護理骨幹。護理工作得到了老師的好評和認可。除具體的護理工作外，能積極協助護長做好病房管理及護理質量的管理工作。
