大學好，我叫gkstk，20__年畢業於遼寧財政高等專科學校企業管理專業。同年就職於一家僅有四人、銷售額不足1000萬元的外貿公司，並一直工作至今。
我的教育背景和最初的工作背景都算不上優秀，但是我用自己的努力證明了這樣一個道理-------大專生並不比本科生差，小公司一樣會有大發展。下面請老師允許我舉三個小例子來證明我的觀點。
我的家鄉在遼西的一個偏遠小山村，十年九旱，家境貧寒，高考前夕，為了籌集上大學的學費，改善家裡的經濟條件，我在家裡辦起了“釀酒廠”，進行糧食加工轉化，飼料餵豬牛，後來的結果證明，這個小廠極大改善了家裡的經濟狀況，也在封閉落後的鄉村掀起了科學致富的春風。這是我人生第一次創業嘗試。
以2分之差與本科失之交臂之後，我來到了遼寧財政高等專科學校，我沒有抱怨，沒有氣餒，為了破解當時大專生普遍存在的自卑心理和就業難題，我創建了創業者協會，提出了“創業就是就業，而且是更高起點的就業”口號，用創業者的標準來嚴格要求自己和所有會員，通過有效的策劃和組織，帶領會員進行各種創業嘗試，最終實現了兩個目標：一是協會所有的運營資金都來自於協會各種實踐活動的收入，沒有向會員收取任何會費;二是絕大部分會員經過協會的鍛鍊後，重拾了自信，在日後的求職和職業發展過程中，都表現出了比非會員更強的優勢。據我最近對母校的了解，目前這個協會仍然在運作，依然是學校中最務實、最具影響力的協會。
20__年7月畢業後，我選擇了一家小型外貿公司。基於兩個原因：一是中國剛剛加入WTO，外貿必然有大發展;二是小公司里可以接觸到外貿全過程，能迅速提高自身的業務素質。從對外貿一無所知到精通各個操作環節，我付出了巨大努力，白天上班請教，晚上自學研究。在完成工作目標的同時，有意識的對業務流程、單證進行規範，自編了外貿制單系統，使制單效率提高了75%，同時保證了單據的準確性。在過去的六年中，先後協助公司建立國際業務部與國際市場開發部並擔任主管，建立健全部門規章制度。我負責的國際市場開發部在過去的3年中創造了近億元的銷售業績，為公司創造利潤20__多萬元。目前我所服務的公司已經成為當地水產龍頭企業，員工近千人，年產值超過億元大關。
我認為我具有以下的幾個優點
1. 思維活躍，悟性較強。----- 恥於安於現狀、能夠迅速識別利用機會，並迅速的付之行動。
2. 淳樸誠信，務實上進。----- 父母影響、貧苦經歷。
3. 胸懷大志，連線城鄉。----- 整合城鄉供應、加工、流通產業鏈，助農民增收、令市民感動。
4. 善於學習，總結提高。----- 自學能力強，經常總結，做事穩紮穩打，步步為營。
個人缺點
1. 行慢於言，相對保守。
2. 內心焦躁，急於求成。
3. 溝通不主動，還需修煉。
我的領導，也就是我現在所服務公司的老闆，認為我擅長於“目標管理”、“執行力強”，所以也非常支持我報考大工MBA，大工是我的一個夢想，希望9月份能夠在這裡聆聽老師們的教誨。相信我---張立威同學一定會給老師爭光，為大工添彩!

I'm graduating from Jilin Normal University this June which has a history of 5years. It shares many same characteristics with Jilin University. Both of them have a refreshing and scholarly atmosphere. Four years studying there made me an independent, optimistic and strict girl. I appreciate the education my university gave me.
First of all, I love my major. Chinese literature is the symbol of the start of Chinese literary modernization. It plays an important part in modernization of our citizens thoughts. What s more, modern literature is very close to our daily life and it can deeply reflect the styles and features of our society. I am fascinated by the great masters refreshing or warm or profound styles as well. But I am not easily satisfied with such superficial knowledge. I hope I could have a better understanding in modern literature by studying further. This is a very important reason for me to take the postgraduate exams.
Next, I love the feeling in the university. It is full of youthful spirit. And I am deeply attracted by the scholarly atmosphere. And the most important, it s my great honor to open my ears to your teaching.
