書本的知識畢竟是有限的，本人積極參加了很多社會實踐和社團的工作，從事了大到組織策劃晚會、小到文秘接電話的工作，積累了很多了從失敗到成功的經驗。我認為實際操作能力和組織合作能力的學習更為重要。
在平時的實踐努力中，我感覺我學到了很多，特別是一些書本上學不到的工作經驗，雖然以前有過成功，也有過失敗，從中我的到的是很多做事的原則和處事的經驗對於現在的我來說，做事也變得成熟穩重了。在過去的工作中，我做事認真負責，有團隊合作精神，還有較好的交際能力。
作為一名應屆畢業生，也許我的知識有限，也許我還太年輕，缺乏實踐經驗，也許在某些方面我無法像其他人一樣工作自如，但年輕意味著熱情與活力。我知道自己經驗不足，沒有經過社會實踐的鍛鍊，所以，我需要在實踐中磨礪自己，從而實現自己的價值。

接著我想做個面試自我介紹。我個性隨和，平易近人。而且向來堅持“多動腦，少廢事”的個人處事原則。所以大學期間我研究過如何思考，如何學習，如何創新，如何思維，如何記憶等。所以大學期間，我不僅是為了學習知識而學習，更是為了學習而學習。所以我的學習能力比較強，學習效率高。我學的是套用化學，但是我並不怎么喜歡它。但既然選了就要學好，所以我只要求學好學懂，但並不要一定學到很優秀。按我的個個處事原則，所以我選擇在學習能力提高方面下功夫，所以研究了上面所說方面的書籍。而且本人最大的特點就是創新能力比較強，我想給大家說幾個小事“第一，我們宿舍檯燈電路板壞了，其他人都說廢了，而我用一個打火機熔化一條報廢的原子筆恐芯就搞定。第二，我參加過一次記憶培訓，當時老師教我們用一個圖像當一個密碼代替兩個數字，而後再結合一些特定的地點就可以記住無規律的一串數字。當時的一個圖像只可以記住兩個數字，而我經過總結，就可以一個密碼記住四個數字，效率提高了一倍。第三，同樣在記憶培訓中，當老師告訴我們用圖像代替數字，再叫我們找一組地點時，我就意識到一定是叫我們把故事同地點聯繫起來達到記住的目的。
