大家好!
我是計畫建設室的。
儘管加入平谷縣網通公司這個溫暖的大家庭已經快十個年頭了，而且一直都在工程部門工作，但是當我決定參與工程部經理的競聘時，說實話，我心裡多少有些忐忑。不僅因為這對我來說是個全新的挑戰，而且這一職位事關公司的業務拓展與企業的對外形象。
然而，就在我剛剛踏上演講台的時候，我心中的忐忑和疑慮頓時煙消雲散。是的，迎著大家鼓勵的目光和親切的眼神，我還有什麼可畏懼的呢?借這個機會，我要首先對在座各位領導和同事對我多年來的關心、培養和幫助，表示衷心地感謝。
下面簡單介紹一下我個人的基本情況和工作經歷。
我今年**歲，*年畢業於北京市電信學校通信線路專業，同年進入平谷縣網通公司，一直從事工程建設管理工作，擔任管線工程管理員。在職期間獲得了北京郵電大學(遠程教育)計算機科學與技術專業本科學歷，取得工學學士學位，目前正在參加工程碩士的學習。
如果說競爭異常激烈的通信業是鍛鍊人的地方，那么節奏緊張、任務繁重、極具挑戰性的工程建設管理工作對個人的成長也是非常有利的。自從選擇加入網通公司，我就將自己的前途與命運和企業的建設與發展緊緊地連在了一起。近十年來，我立足崗位，開拓創新，為公司的工程建設與不斷發展默默奉獻著自己的青春和力量。
下面向各位簡單匯報一下我工作以來的主要業績，這些業績既是近十年來奮鬥歷程的最好注釋，也是我工作能力的具體體現。
我在工程部幾乎從事過所有工作，包括管線項目工程管理，工程契約管理、竣工歸檔管理、固定資產投資項目申報等，目前主要從事管線項目工程管理，固定資產投資項目申報工作。
我先後獲得的榮譽稱號有“平谷縣優秀團員”、“北京市電信公司先進工作者”、北京市電信公司“崗位練兵，技術比武”線路專業技術能手稱號，在北京市郊區電信局“崗位練兵，技術比武”線路專業考核獲得中第一名。、**年度被評為5級核心員工，剛剛獲得了中國網通北京市分公司**年度三級總經理獎。我從事過業務拓展項目工作，具備一定的開拓市場的能力，這對任職工程部經理無疑是有利的條件。
下面我將競聘的優勢向各位匯報一下：
第一，具有崗位所要求的專業知識和不斷上進的學習能力。
參加工作以來，我從沒有放鬆過學習的腳步。在獲得大學學歷並繼續攻讀碩士學位的同時，在專業技術方面，我先後取得了通信工程概預算資格證書和華為認證網路工程師及通行工程質量監督員等資格證書。通過不斷地鑽研和學習，自己的專業知識和技術水平有了長足的進步，以不斷適應當今形勢下網通公司的發展需要。
第二，具有較為豐富的實踐經驗和與時俱進的創新精神。
自參加工作以來，我一直沒有離開過工程建設管理的崗位，對本公司工程建設工作有較為全面的了解，對公司目前的經營和發展現狀比較了解。我在長期的工作實踐中不僅在技術和業務兩個方面積累了豐富的工作經驗，而且形成了與時俱進的創新能力，這對從事工程部的管理工作無疑是必備的素質。
第三，具有良好的人際關係和較強的協調能力。
在平谷長期的生活經歷，使我在當地建立了廣泛密切的人際關係，加上我與人為善的性格，與本單位的領導及同事關係也都不錯。同時，對工商、稅務、公安、供電等有關業務管理部門比較熟悉，具備了較強的協調能力，這有利於工程建設工作的順利開展。
第四，具有較好的年齡優勢和能打硬仗的工作作風。
我尚未到而立之年，思想活躍，接受新事物快，身體健康，精力充沛，正是幹事業、出成績的黃金時期。常年從事工程建設工作，使我養成了不怕吃苦的工作作風和無私奉獻的敬業精神，能夠全身心地投入到自己所熱愛的工作當中去。
各位領導、同志們，就在這個月，我剛剛被黨組織批准為預備黨員。當得知這一訊息的時候，我心中的責任感和使命感遠遠地大於激動的心情，是啊，多年的夙願終成現實，如今，有這樣一個機會能為黨、為企業貢獻自己的青春和力量，我怎么能不積極主動地去爭取去參與呢?如果能有幸競聘成功，我將按照以下的思路去開展工作：
首先是實現“兩個轉變”，完成角色轉換。
“兩個轉變”一是實現自身角色的轉變，即由工程管理員的具體管理工作向組織領導者角色轉變，既當指揮員，又要當好戰鬥員;二是實現思維方式的轉變，從做工程管理員時的“領導交辦，辦就辦好”的思維方式向“怎樣去辦，怎樣才能辦好”的主動尋求開拓工作新局面的思維方式轉變，做好計畫、安排、檢查、落實各個環節，保證各項工作落到實處，確保企業健康有益的開展。
其次是抓好“三項工作”，開拓工作新局面。
一是抓好計畫建設工作。根據平谷縣通信工作的實際，要有計畫、有組織地合理安排資源，把有限的建設資金用到最需要的地方，發揮最有效的作用。
二是抓好員工執行力。以身作則，率先垂範，將部門工作進行細分，抓住重點，有計畫、有步驟、有檢查，有落實，穩步推進，充分調動員工的工作積極性，提高員工的執行能力。
三是抓好工程建設的管理工作。如今各通信企業之間的競爭日趨激烈，而要想占有更大的市場份額，必須有強大的通信網路作保證。為此，我將把主要的精力放在工程建設的管理上，狠抓工程質量管理、契約管理，加強監督和中間檢查工作，建立完善的建設進度報表統計制度，及時準確掌握建設進度，嚴抓生產安全，保證各項工程按時、按質、按量完工;做好已完工工程的驗收工作，保證工程項目及時投產運行，發揮投資效益。
最後是加強協調溝通，樹立優質形象。
工程部是一個搞技術的業務部門，技術性強，涉及面廣，工作千頭萬緒，在具體開展工作時，我將做到有全局觀念和整體觀念，注意區分輕重緩急，抓好大事、突出重點，既要充分發揮本部門的作用，又要善於加強與公司相關部門的協調與溝通，為工程的建設管理創造順暢、協調的外部環境。對建設過程中出現的設計變更、施工事故、質量問題等進行妥善處理，圓滿解決契約履行過程中的爭議，保證工程按質、按量、按時完工;組織好各項工程的竣工驗收工作，保證工程的順利移交和投產運行。
