光陰荏荏，自2-xx年8月參加教育工作即將一年了，面對我人生另一起點的第一年自己充滿信心，因為我堅信路是人走出來的。回顧這一年，自己是不斷探索奮鬥、不斷檢討完善的一年。
在參加工作的這一年來，本人我堅持四項基本原則，擁護黨的方針政策，積極參加政治學習和集體活動，認真文聽講，不斷提高自身思想覺悟。自從2-x年8月23日的教師宣言後，我光榮的加入了教師這一行列。成為教師的那一天我深深體會到“為人師表”的意義。“學為人師，行為世范”，是每個老師都應該遵循的，是對老師行為的一個規範。這一年來，我很注意自身的品德行為，努力給學生樹立一個良好的榜樣。因為國中階段的學生正處在一個特殊的學習階段：學生處於成長發育階段，具有叛逆的個性，沒有成熟的善惡分辨的能力，很多壞習慣也有很多好習慣都是在這個階段養成的，是好是壞跟教師的言傳身授有很大的關係。
我本著服務他人，鍛鍊自我的想法去工作。堅持做到認真備課、上課、聽課、評課。問心無愧的上好每一節課，積極思考改變體育課中的遊戲，以調動學生的積極性，堅持寫教後感和教學雜記，不斷積累經驗，懂時立即向師傅、組裡其他老師請教。盡職盡責做好學校交給我的每一份工作，熱心幫助同事，能團結同事，協調工作。關心愛護學生，我相信我會做的更好。
在工作的這一年裡，我積極參加區裡面的新教師培訓，認真聽講，吸取了不少名師的經驗以不斷來充實自己，堅持對專業知識的學習，在校領導的支持下2-x年上半年成立了健美操小組，帶學生參加了區裡面健美操比賽，還參加了區裡面的體育能手比賽，取得了一些成績，也積累了一些謹嚴，在這一年裡我嚴格遵守學校各項規章制度，不遲到、不早退，積極配合學校工作，認表現出良好的組織紀律性
未來路漫漫，相信在今後的工作學習中，我定能改善不足，發揚優點，在教育的路上越走越好，我會努力加油!
