剛進公司的時候，剛好是公司銷售旺季的開始，雖然那時候的我只是新人，但也沒有閒著。在各同事的幫助和支持下，我做好上傳下達的工作，較好地完成了公司企業工作流程、顧客所需問題。
雖然工作上得到大部分同事的支持和配合，但還是會遇到不那么順利的時候，如因為其他同事的工作量重，不能按時遞交報告或材料等，導致自己的工作進度拖慢了，工作熱情泄氣了。幸好我能及時調整好自己的心態，學會換位思考問題，多與他們溝通，幸得能按時完成工作任務。這些小事更讓我明白了自己的和斤兩，知道自己只有付出更多汗水與辛勞，才能做好本職工作，不辜負領導的期望。
但是，我還是很慶幸在社會中累積到的經驗能在本崗位套用上，並得到不俗的迴響。我慶幸我的上司能給予我足夠的成長空間，給予我足夠的寬容和耐心，即使工作中偶爾遇到小挫折，也可以聽到同事們鼓勵和加油的聲音。這無論是在思想上還是在工作上，都給了我很大的鼓勁，讓我有信念繼續堅持下去。
工作近三個月，我在為自己的成長歡欣鼓舞的同時，我也明白自己尚有許多不足之處，需要在日後的工作中改善。例如，個人主動性有待提高;對一些維修使用有待加強等等，這些不足之處我會在往後的工作中多想、多思、多與別人交流，抽時間加強學習各方面維修技術，逐一改善，提高自己的學習能力，不懂的地方絕不裝著自己懂，認真向經理、同事們請教學習。
