中天文化用人重品質，我個人認為會計人員品質很重要，我嚴格遵循會計的職業道德，認真加強思想政治學習，牢固樹立正確的世界觀、人生觀和價值觀。
二：工作方面
本著對工作積極、認真、負責的態度，我及時地熟悉施工企業的會計制度，認真遵守各項規章制度，虛心向領導和同事請教，努力學習各項業務知識。目前我負責漢英高速公路和公司設備處的會計工作，作為工程項目的財務會計，風險意識尤其重要，我在工作中認真的審核每一筆業務，有疑問的單據及時訊問，做到防範風險在前，通過不斷學習，不斷積累，使工作效率和工作質量有了較大提高，較好地完成了各項工作任務。 三：學習生活方面
在工作過程中，我深深感到加強自身學習、提高自身素質的緊迫性，端正態度，改進方法，廣泛汲取各種“營養”;二是向周圍的同志學習，工作中我始終保持謙虛謹慎、虛心求教的態度，主動向領導、同事們請教，學習他們任勞任怨、求真務實的工作作風和處理問題的方法;三是向實踐學習，把所學的知識運用於實際工作中。
這次領導給了我一個很好的機會，到隨岳中進行項目部間交叉財務檢查，因為項目部的會計雖然獨檔一面盡心盡力，但在外部審計前先互相檢查可以防疏防漏;而對各名會計這是一個很好的學習機會。其將各員工電話費直接按限額報銷，規避個人收入所得稅;工程成本的比例控制，人工費占總成本的比例控制，機械使用費占總成本的比例控制;材料費占總成本的比例控制，機器設備租賃費先支付及預提再開票的處理，我也會在今後的工作中學習運用。
