xx年即將過去，回顧這一年來的工作，我在公司領導及各位同事的支持及幫助下，順利完成了公司每次分派的帶團任務。儘自己最大的努力做好每一個景點的講解工作，爭取能達到遊客百分之百的滿意，為三元國際旅行社的聲譽;以及未來的發展，貢獻著自己的力量。通過這一年的工作以及學習，我個人的工作模式又有了新的突破，工作方式也有了較大的改變，現將一年以來的工作情況總結如下：
1.在帶領旅遊團遊覽景點過程中，不再只是單一的講解景點歷史，而是結合天津近幾年的發展概況，及未來發展計畫系統講解給遊客，進而展現一個近代與現代相結合，高速發展中的天津市。
2.加深與遊客的交流，在最短的時間內融入到遊客當中。並像陪伴家人一樣對待全團每一位遊客，儘量滿足遊客所提出的要求，虛心聽取遊客的建議，以最好的服務讓每一位遊客開心而來滿意而歸
。3.在旅行社規定範圍內，為我社及個人爭取最大的經濟效益。
4.在工作過程中，不斷的像我社同事及其他旅行社導遊學習，借鑑先進的帶團模式，充實自己文化修養，進而提高自己的業務能力。
5.在接到社裡分派接團通知的情況下，提前做好行程計畫，與全陪或領隊及時溝通，以便在第一時間掌握本次團隊的第一手資料，從而更好的安排時間與行程，以避免因溝通不及時導致的時意外狀況的發生，而導致遊客的不滿。以上幾點是我個人在這一年工作中學習和總結出的經驗，同時經過這一年的工作也鍛鍊了我自己的協調辦事能力和文字言語表達能力等方面，保證了每次接待旅行團的工作都能正常順利的進行，以精神飽滿的狀態對待每一天的工作任務，熱愛本職工作，積極提高自身各項業務素質，爭取工作的主動性，具備較強的專業性;責任心，努力提高工作效率及工作質量。在這一年的工作中我個人也存在一些問題，比如工作還不夠細緻，由於個人脾氣秉性容易與同事造成不愉快等等，在未來的時間裡我會努力改正自身存在的問題，希望社領導和各位同事多幫助我，指出我的缺點和不足。
我會虛心聽取，及時改正。在新的一年裡，我決心認真提高業務工作水平，為我社經濟效益的發展貢獻自己全部力量，在新的一年裡我將在以下幾點進行加強以便於更好的完成社裡布置下的每次帶團任務：
1.加強學習，拓寬知識面，努力提高自己的文化素養，認真學習旅遊專業知識以及相關常識。
2.關注本地旅遊業發展走向，從而在工作中對自身的不足加以調整，以較強的針對性，針對不同群體的遊客不同模式不同主題的講解。
3.及時了解同業競爭對手先進理念，以及新的舉措且及時向領導匯報，以便領導作出發展計畫及工作調整。
4.對內完成好每一次接團任務，對外儘自己最大努力提高三元旅行社良好聲譽。以上是我在新的一年裡為自己制定的工作方向及目標，希望在社領導和各位同事的幫助下完成，另外在xx年的工作當中，我衷心的希望社領導能夠加大力度，多方面的蒐集，聽取對我社發展有益的意見。各位同事能夠積極獻策，不遺餘力的為我社發展作出貢獻，我社可以採取獎賞制度，凡採納的意見或有利於我社發展的計畫，應給予一定的表揚物質上的獎勵，以調動每一位員工的工作積極性。新年將至，在此我提前祝徐姐楊總日進斗金，生意興隆，祝同事明年店裡爆滿(包滿)!新年大吉預祝明年咱們三元旅行社在英明神武的徐姐楊總領導下和全體同事的共同努力中再一次實現每個景點裡都是粉色的旗幟!
