作為一名剛剛畢業的大學生，雖然有四年的專業知識學習，但是實踐的東西接觸的少，對許多現場問題不了解。面對這種情況，依靠自己認真的學習，促成自身知識結構的完善和知識體系的健全，讓自己儘早、儘快的熟悉工作情況，少走彎路。在接觸到新的陌生的領域時，缺少經驗，對於業務知識需要一個重新洗牌的過程，自己在老同志的幫助下，能夠很快克服這種狀態融入到嶄新的工作生活中。無論是剛剛到公司時跟著老同志學習還是獨立的處理工作現場的各項事務，都能夠認認真真，兢兢業業。在日常生活中，我認真服從領導安排，遵守各項規章制度和各項要求，養成良好的工作作風。
三、學習生活上，完成了學生角色的轉變，完全進入工作狀態，努力開展工作。
初來公司參加工作，由於離家較遠，而且是完全陌生的環境和生活狀態，也曾經很擔心不知該怎么與人共處，該如何做好工作。但是公司里寬鬆融洽的工作氛圍、良好的學習發展機遇以及在各級領導的關心和幫助下，讓我很快完成了從學生到職員的轉變。工作中能夠始終保持一種積極向上的心態，努力開展工作。通過近一年的體驗已經逐漸適應了這邊的工作狀況，對於領導們的關心和關懷，我感到了很大的動力和壓力，爭取在以後的工作生活中以更加努力的優秀成績來回報。不僅能夠彌補自己耽誤的工作學習而且能夠有所成就，不辜負領導們的期望。
