一年多來，我在辦公室行政科的正確領導下，在同事們的大力支持下，牢固樹立安全行車和服務至上的思想，較好地完成了全年的各項工作任務。現將一年來的思想、工作等情景評價如下:
一、加強學習，不斷提高政治理論素質和業務水平
一是認真學習世界觀、人生觀和價值觀，增強自我的政治敏銳性和辨別是非的本事，樹立牢固的共產主義信念和全心全意為人民服務的宗旨意識。
二是緊緊圍繞提高對“安全第一”思想觀念的認識，針對自我的工作實際，認真學習車輛管理、交通安全等方面的法律法規和有關政策，進一步增強安全意識，增強自我對工作的適應本事，提高自我做好工作的本領。
二、努力工作，為領導和機關搞好服務
一是認真做好給領導的車輛服務工作。隨著市委領導的調整，按照工作分工，我主要是為市委___服務。由於服務對象變了，隨之而來的就是服務方式的變化，為此，我在我在較短的時間內熟悉了領導的工作、生.活習慣等，並按照新的要求，儘快調整自我的服務方式，做到了隨時用車、隨時出車，沒有發生各種由於出車不及時而耽誤領導工作的事情。同時，我把為領導服務和為機關服務緊密結合起來，在領導外出的情景下，如果辦公室領導派我執行其他出車任務時，我也能夠進取配合。
二是認真做好車輛的保養和維護工作。多年的駕駛員經歷使我認識到，做好車輛保養和日常維修，是安全駕駛的保證。為此，我堅持把工夫下在平時，在沒有出車任務時，及時對車輛進行保養和維護。這樣，一方面使車輛在平時始終堅持乾淨清潔，給領導以舒適的感覺;另一方面，經過對車輛的保養，及時發現毛病，小問題自我動手，大毛病立即向領導匯報後修理解決，從而做到了“有病不出車，出車保全全”。本個人工作評價，由起點範文蒐集整理，僅供學習參考。
三、嚴格管理，抓好小車班隊伍建設
一是作好表率。作為市委小車班的班長，我始終做到嚴於律己，對待本職工作高標準、嚴要求，要求同志們做的，自我首先做到，發揮一名老大哥、老同志的模範帶頭作用，為小車班全體幹部職工作好表率。
二是嚴格管理。在工作中，要求大家堅持服從領導分工，不挑肥撿瘦，不拈輕怕重，不論領導安排什麼工作，都認真的去履行好職責。每位同志要嚴格遵守單位的各項規章制度和勞動紀律，要做到認真學習，嚴格遵守國家的道路交通法規和我省的有關規定，牢固樹立安全第一的思想;堅持良好的駕駛作風，禮貌駕駛，禮貌行車;服從調度，熱情服務，不斷提高服務質量;搞好車輛的日常維護和保養，堅持車況良好，車容整潔，確保各種機件齊全有效;堅持按時參加安全學習活動，抓好行車安全工作。本個人工作評價，由起點範文蒐集整理，僅供學習參考。
四、存在問題和下步打算
總之，一年來，我根據組織和領導的安排，做了一些工作，取得了一些成績，但從更高的標準衡量自我，也還存在一些差距和不足。如對一些安全法規、政策學習得不夠深，不夠系統;為領導服務的主動性不夠強;在處理為領導服務和為機關服務的關係上還需進一步提高，等等。在今後的工作中，我將不斷抓好安全法規、政策的學習，增強安全觀念;切實加強服務意識，正確處理好為領導服務和為機關服務的關係，認真做好服務工作，力爭取得更大的成績。
