申請要求：大學畢業生並具有二級以上的榮譽學位，候選人不得具有其他經濟資助或獎學金，精通英語。
期限：一年(期滿後可繼續申請兩年)。
金額：1992年為每月900~1500新元。

獎學金名稱：lee foundation and tan sri dr runme sham fellowships
專業：矯形外科。
開放國家和地區：開發中國家。
申請要求：第一學位為醫學的醫生並且有最少4年的研究生經歷(其中至少有兩年從事矯形外科研究，或至少在完成基礎外科培訓後有一年從事矯形外科研究)。
期限：6 個月臨床實踐。
