google公司選用“google”一詞用來代表在網際網路上可以獲得的海量的資源。
“goole”一詞源於單詞“googol” ，即10的100次冪，寫出的形式為數字1後跟100個零。該詞現在也可以用作動詞，例如“google某物”的意思是在google搜尋引擎上搜尋“某物”這個關鍵字！
