i was in charge of moen's new product development,customer quality complaint and the reception of the customer.so far,178 piece of new part of 24 projects were successfully developed, 42 quality complaints were properly handled and the contentness of customer satisfaction to visit were achieved with my assistance or individually for 21 times.
