實際工作中，員工常常需要不斷學習和勇於承擔責任，求職者如果能表現出這種素質，會給應聘方留下良好的印象。
面試例題1：what range of pay-scale are you interested in?
(你感興趣的薪水標準在哪個層次?)
參考答案
money is important, but the responsibility that goes along with this job is what interests me the most.
(薪水固然重要，但這工作伴隨而來的責任更吸引我。)
假如你有家眷，可以說：
to be frank and open with you, i like this job, but i have a family to support.

2.2.2 關於個人(about person)
有時候招聘方會提到有關求職者的個人信息的話題，以此判斷求職者是否符合他們的要求。例如有些工作需要方言和人脈，適合本地人來做;有些工作需要經常出差，單身的人就有優勢。但
是有些問題涉及到個人隱私，求職者不方便回答，例如招聘方問：“i noticed you're wearing a wedding ring. do you have any children?”這時最好的回答就是“why do you ask?”這
樣可以掌握主動，了解招聘方真正的意圖，也許招聘方只是想知道求職者是否能長時間留在他們公司。

面試例題20：what's your greatest weakness?

西方老闆特別愛問這個問題，讓求職者感到很緊張。事實上，這個問題是考查求職者對棘手問題的反應。你沒必要如實回答你的弱點，因為那有可能讓你得不到這份工作。相反，你可以告訴
他們一些與工作不直接相關的事情。
例如可以按照下面的方式回答。

● i expect others to perform beyond their capacities
