a:i m pretty easygoing and tend to get along with most people. but
i remember one time when we brought in a new associate who was very bossy
to the point where he offended one of our interns with his attitude.
i actually pulled him aside and told him that i found it more productive
to ask people for help than to give orders. unfortunately, my advice didn
t seem to help much, but we were more careful when we hired new staff
after that.
