說明原因
一是離職原因，
二是申請新職位的原因，如：

(2)i left the office on account of the discontinuance of the business.
證明能力——突出個人能力
非重重要，因為這不僅能體現你的個人能力，更能直接告訴公司你能為公司做什麼事情，能給公司帶來什麼，這點可以說是直接關係到求職的成功率，但是也要一定要用最少的文表達最多的意思。和所應聘職位無關的能力(包括證書、資格等)，堅決刪掉，如：
(1)i have received a special english education(你的專業),and have a fair command of japanese(你的副業).in addition,i know a little french.
