在求職時，許多朋友只注重個人簡歷，而忽略了求職信。一封準備充分的求職信，可以大大提高你的求職成功率。那么，個人求職信怎么寫呢？
一封完整的求職信寫作規則有以下四個：
a:開頭
開頭一定要開門見山的寫明你對公司有興趣並想擔任他們空缺的職位，以及你是如何得知該職位的招聘信息的。
例如： 獲知貴公司****年**月**日在******上招聘******的信息後，我寄上簡歷敬請斟酌。這是正規求職信格式，大家一定要注意。
b:推銷自己
信的第二部分要簡短地敘述自己所學的專業以及才能，特別是這些才能將滿足公司的需要。沒有必要具體陳述，詳細內容引導對方查看你的個人求職簡歷。此外，推銷時要適度，不能誇大其詞。
c:聯繫方式
寫清楚在求職信中給出你電話預約面試的可能時間範圍，或表明你希望迅速得到回音，並標明與你聯繫的最佳方式。
d:收尾
感謝他們閱讀並考慮你的應聘。
另外還有幾點是一定要注意的：
a:首先求職信的篇幅不要太長，簡明扼要就可以了。
b:其次不要貼上或附帶太多支持檔案，諸如證書、獎狀等複印件，除非是招聘單位在招聘廣告中特別申明要求的，否則寄了厚厚一大疊材料，成本代價不菲，收效可能甚微。
c:最後，態度要誠懇，不需要任何豪言壯語，也不用使用任何華麗的辭彙，只要讓對方讀來覺得親切、自然、實實在在就可以了。
