我1973年出生於黑龍江省海倫市的一個農民家庭，一個生活清苦艱辛而又充滿濃濃親情的家庭。我自幼養成勤奮刻苦、謙虛謹慎、認真務實的生活態度。我愛好學習，成績一直非常優秀，經過不懈的努力，終於圓了自己的大學夢，於1992年9月11日邁進了中國人民大學的校門。在大學裡，我十分珍惜來之不易的學習、鍛鍊機會，自強不息，持之以恆，取得了優異的學習成績，連續四年獲得一等獎學金。我利用獎學金和勤工儉學掙來的錢，實現了經濟自立，減輕了家庭負擔。除學習外，我還積極參加學生工作和社會實踐活動，先後擔任過班長、團支書、院學生會副主席，曾參與聯想集團的人事制度重建工作，在工資管理和人事考核方面提出了很多建議，大多被採納，效果非常好。我對專業很感興趣，曾發表過5篇學術論文，其中的《工資水平的國際比較》發表在《工資動態》上，受到勞動人事學院著名工資專家董克用教授的高度評價。
我學習了兩門外語，英語達到大學英語六級水平，第二外語是日語，已達到可以流利進行日常對話的水平。我對計算機很感興趣，已獲得“北京地區普通高校計算機套用水平測試”優秀證書。
我身體健康，品貌端正，體育成績優秀，曾在1993年全校春季運動會上獲得400米第三名。我愛好羽毛球、桌球、西洋棋、橋牌等體育活動，對古典音樂也有濃厚的興趣。
