作為志願者的我來自於***省***市，現就讀於上海**學院**系，目前的身份是一名大學生志願者。

語言志願者還得擅溝通
“從目前的面試情況來看，報名學生的英語表達能力都還不錯。”在語言類志願者的面試方面，一位面試考官坦言表示，青奧語言類志願者僅有語言還不夠。如果是場館禮賓志願者，還需具備善於與人溝通的能力。
禮儀志願者需兼懂英語
說起禮儀志願者，不少人都覺得無非要求五官端正、身材勻稱、氣質佳等，但現場的面試考官卻告訴揚子晚報記者，禮儀志願者除了要求男生175cm以上，女生 168cm以上(特別優秀者可放寬至166cm)，儀式引導員還需具有較好的英語或法語表達能力，以便在工作時向嘉賓、運動員介紹頒獎程式。此外頒獎禮儀志願者由於需要身著旗袍，腿上也不能有明顯傷疤。
單獨“走場”考驗心理素質
在青奧會的頒獎禮儀類志願者面試現場，面試者10人一組進入現場，相繼報出各自的編號、姓名、身高和特長。對於中意的面試者，考官卻會故意“刁難”。有些面試考官讓其中一位女生出列，並讓她在場地上自然走動一圈，“這不僅是為了考察她行走的姿態、面部表情，也在考驗她的心理承受能力。
面試技巧分享：
最重要的還是要在面試前了解崗位特點，做到有的放矢，以便能夠更好的突出自己的能力。
首先，自我介紹。事先準備的自我介紹不要太死板.儘量能有些臨場的感覺.具體的話要怎么說你可以不用像寫草稿那樣。
偶爾面試做一些面試，比較喜歡有條理的回答，類似如下:
第一，我想不管怎樣的工作.性格都是很重要的..要講出你性格中的優點.說2，3點就可以了，多了就不好了...
第二，學習的經歷.在學校或者自己的進修.你都學到了什麼.能熟練的掌握什麼.
第三，工作的經歷.這個時候要突出你的成績和能力了..(如果是應屆畢業生的話，可以說實習經歷和社團經歷)
