1、不要染燙髮保持自然微笑
金蕾萍強調指出，報考此專業的學生首先應有為他人服務的熱情，並有志於從事民航事業。此外，儀表清秀，端莊大方，無口吃，體態勻稱，動作協調，並有符合行業標準的身高要求也是從事這一職業的最基本要求。除此之外，考生的膚色要好，身上要無明顯疤痕、斑點。還有牙齒色質也要好，且要排列整齊。在性格上，開朗活潑更易受到考官的青睞。最好，還有較強的心理承受能力。
金蕾萍建議考生面試前注意保持清淡的飲食，不吃辛辣，少吃海鮮和熱性的食物，以免青春痘的出現，或發生皮膚過敏。另外，考生最好不要染髮、燙髮，相反，應該保持學生的朝氣。還應注意休息，保持充足的睡眠，好讓自己的容貌更加亮麗。適當進行一些體育鍛鍊也是必不可少的，因為這樣可以使形體更加充滿活力。
