如何應對英語面試
英語從小開始學，可學了10來年，有的人還是“啞巴英語”。到了要找飯碗的緊要關頭，則對一些“成功英語面試培訓”飢不擇食。其實，冰凍三尺，非一日之寒，速成是不可能的，只能在平時積累的基礎上，注意一些細節，運用一些技巧，給自己加上幾個成功的籌碼。
首先，平時要注意訓練聽力，至少要聽得懂考官的問題，如果考官一個問題出來，你卻聽得雲裡霧裡，然後來兩三個“pardon”，那現場氣氛定會急轉直下。說話要流利，思維要連貫，層次要清晰，不要夾雜中文，可以用“well”、“however”這樣的過渡詞來給自己停頓和思考，同時，也使得自己的表述顯得口語化一些。
其次，發音要標準。在與外國boss面談的過程中，發音的正確清晰與否是最為重要的。不要因為害怕犯語法錯誤而不敢說，大多數時候一些細小的語法錯誤並不影響交際的進行，老外們也不會特別在意。如果要說某個詞卻一時想不起來，那就換種說法，儘量避免卡殼，卡殼會導致冷場。總之不管怎么樣，都要自信滿滿地，把英文說得讓人聽上去像那么回事。
■先期準備
主要是個人情況和業務方面。專業英語的準備要充足，有時會被要求用英語解釋一個專業術語或解答一個技術問題。還可去公司的英文網站了解一下企業文化，這在與bigboss面談的中會有幫助的。

當談你受的教育時，可別忘了提起你參加過的培訓、得過的證書和選過的一些和這份工作有關的課程。例如你要應聘國際貿易類的工作就一定要提correspondence courses, bec certificate等等。如果你的工作要求你用英語溝通的話，你還得特別提到你英語的嫻熟程度或告訴對方你是如何在這方面做努力的。同樣對於使用其他語言的工作也是如此。
