2.2.2 關於個人(about person)
有時候招聘方會提到有關求職者的個人信息的話題，以此判斷求職者是否符合他們的要求。例如有些工作需要方言和人脈，適合本地人來做;有些工作需要經常出差，單身的人就有優勢。但是有些問題涉及到個人隱私，求職者不方便回答，例如招聘方問：“i noticed you're wearing a wedding ring. do you have any children?”這時最好的回答就是“why do you ask?”這樣可以掌握主動，了解招聘方真正的意圖，也許招聘方只是想知道求職者是否能長時間留在他們公司。
