俄羅斯簽證邀請函
相對於申根簽證的材料和要求，俄羅斯個人旅遊簽證相當容易，提交材料少，面試簡單，交材料後當場面試幾個問題，沒問題的話直接交錢等簽證，如果是加急的話，上午交下午就可以拿。更多簽證攻略，請點擊：各國簽證攻略懶人包索引joulian原創。唯一難點就是需要俄羅斯國內的旅行社發住宿確認單和邀請函，即所謂的Visa Support。我在後面會詳細解說。另一個特色是每到一個城市，如果待超過72小時，都要進行住宿登記，即Visa Registeration，相當於中國的居住登記。如果沒有做，出境就會被罰款，數目不小。最後一部分我就來講這個。

根據waytorussia等一些網站的提示，在中國申請俄羅斯個人旅遊簽證，上海領館是最容易的。同時俄羅斯簽證最苛刻的一條，即“護照持有人必須在本國申請俄簽”，在上海被證實也不嚴格執行。非中國人，即便沒有上海的常住證，同樣可以獲得簽證。
