① 《邀請外國人入境審批表》兩份，條件同上；

② 《邀請外國人來訪說明》1份，加蓋公章；

③ 護照和簽證頁複印件，加蓋公章；

④ 組織機構代碼證和營業執照副本的複印件，加蓋公章；

⑤ 就業許可證的複印件；

⑥ 代辦人的身份證複印件，加蓋公章。

辦理期限：3~5個工作日（主管出差較多，需提前提交）

2.《邀請外國人來訪說明》1份，加蓋公章；

3. 護照和簽證複印件，加蓋公章；

4. 組織機構代碼證和營業執照副本的複印件，加蓋公章；

5. 代辦人的身份證複印件，加蓋公章。
