1、單詞：學生能夠根據圖片或實物說單詞。不要求認讀單詞。

2、句子：能夠聽懂並讀出各單元前3課出現的句子，能與他人進行簡單的對話。

3、歌曲歌謠：能夠熟練掌握幾首自己喜歡的歌曲歌謠，其他的能夠跟著音樂唱出關鍵字和句即可。

4、故事：能聽懂並指圖說出關鍵句子（每單元前三課出現的句子）。不要求每句話都會說。

5、人物：在目錄前面，要求能熟練叫出他們的名字。

6、字母：能按順序認讀26個字母，也能夠打亂順序認讀大寫字母。

7、自然拼讀內容：要求掌握26個字母的發音和CVC單詞的拼讀。

三、關於測試。

1、平時自測：每個單元都會進行詞句的檢查。

2、期末英語嘉年華，讓學生在活動中快樂學英語。

四、我的做法：

我所有的做法都基於一個理念，那就是：保證每一個學生都參與其中。

1、繼續在圖畫本上畫出所學的英語，鼓勵同學們寫出單詞。

2、輪流小組長制度。小組長的職責是負責小組內同學的紀律，並進行蓋章。目前每個同學都已經擔任過兩次小組長。

俗話說，好的開端是成功的一半。今天我們聚在一起，是為了相互交流一下學生在校及在家的情況，以便老師能夠及時調整工作、提高教育教學質量，家長能夠更好教育自己的子女做人與成材。總之我們的目標是一致的，那就是：“一切為了孩子，為了孩子的一切！”

一、我先說說學生情況，我把學生分成三類：

一類同學，學習習慣相當好，學習積極主動，上課專心聽講，作業專注、書寫認真，所以作業完成的速度快，正確率高，回答問題思路清晰。第二類學生是自覺性相對差一點，作業能及時完成，上課偶爾注意力不集中，經常會出現這樣或那樣的小毛病。第三類學生是學習習慣差，作業能主動完成，但是書寫潦潦草草，錯題一大堆。講評過的題，既不更正，也不做相應的筆記。

二、我認為家長在子女的學習管理上也有很大差異，大致也分為三類：

一類家長是把時間和精力大部分都用在孩子身上，每天都過問孩子的學習情況，而且能親自檢查，對孩子的要求很嚴格，孩子在學習上的每次浮動都牽動家長的心，都能引起家長足夠的重視。

People shouldn’t be short-sighted. Protecting the environment is everyone’s task.
