In recent years, China’s food industry occurs security issus frequently, which makes people worried and lose confidence。 Food safety, related to the people’s health, safety and healthy development of economy, is the major issue of national stability and social development。 Since the Sanlu Incident occurred in 20__, the entire society increasingly concerned about food safety issue。 It was in this context that the food safety issue was referred to an unprecedented level。

近幾年,中國食品工業經常發生安全問題,這使得人們很擔憂並失去了信心。食品安全與人們的健康,安全以及經濟的健康發展息息相關,是國家穩定和社會發展的主要問題。自20__年三鹿事件發生以來,全社會對食品安全問題的關注越來越高。正是在這種情景下,食品安全問題被提到了一個空前的水平。

There are the following main issues in food security: using poor quality raw materials in the food manufacturing process, adding toxic substances, excessive use of food additives, abusing of chemical additives and so on。 There are many reasons to cause this problem, and regulators, producers and even consumers share responsibilities。 The entire society should try effort to avoid food safety issues。

俗話說的好——“民以食為天”。食品是人類不可缺少的物質,是我們生存和健康的基本條件。但隨著社會的發展變化,吃的放心,吃的安心卻成為一個需要大家面對的一個最嚴重的問題。我們不由得問:“怎樣才能放心吃?”

現在,在社會的各個角落、各行各業,都不斷傳出有關食品安全的訊息。比如,報紙上傳出的“韭菜”事件,因為田地里過度使用農藥而出現韭菜農藥超標的問題,導致許多吃韭菜的人都中毒身亡。再比如,像電視媒體上揭露了劣質奶粉引發的“大頭娃娃”事件,還有像漂白饅頭、造假鱈魚、地溝油等等……回想起這一幕幕令人目瞪口呆的慘劇,哪一個不是傳的沸沸揚揚,讓我們人心惶惶?

再看我們身邊,學校周圍的小攤上,各種各樣的小包裝食品價格低廉、花樣繁多;露天燒烤等小吃攤點更是香味撲鼻,讓人眼花繚亂;這些難以抵擋的誘惑背後,實際大多都是三無產品、是沒有檢疫證明的食品,或是無證攤販添加了很多色素、螢光粉等對我們身體有害的物質。面對這些,很多中小學生被“味道”吸引,而忘記了健康和安全,成為這個小攤點的常客。以至於我們的老師和同學,憑藉他身上特殊的味道,就能判斷出他是不是又光顧了這些小吃點,我們都戲稱這是“小攤味道”。就是因為有了這么多的顧客,使學校周邊的小商小販越來越多,越來越雜,給學校的秩序都造成了嚴重影響。

食品安全給我們敲響了警鐘。我們想一下,如果日常生活中的水果、蔬菜、麵粉都不能放心選用,將帶給我們多大的不便,給我們的身體帶來多大的危害。尤其是對於身體還沒有發育完全的孩子,這個影響更壞,更需要安全食品來保證他們健康的成長。因此,我們整個社會都應當把食品安全放在第一位,並認識到它的重要性。政府應當加強管制,取締無證攤販,加強食品檢查;市民應當增加對安全食品的常識,學會分辨食品的好壞;小學生們更是應當克制住自己的欲望,不要給這些三無產品以可乘之機。

我希望將來有一天,我們不必在色香味俱全的食品面前充滿了矛盾,想吃又不敢吃,而是在大家的努力下,真正實現讓我們一起放心吃!
