首先，我們要感恩時代。同過去相比，我們的物質生活可以說是極大地豐富了，我們要感念時代的賜予，珍惜現在的擁有，增強奉獻意識和社會責任意識，懂得回報社會。
我們要感恩團隊。感恩集體中的每一個人給予自己的關心、幫助和支持，珍惜團體共有的每一份榮譽和成功。
我們要感恩父母。感念父母對我們生命的賜予，感謝父母的無私付出和美育之恩，對父母長輩多一份體貼、多一份關懷、多一句問候，盡孝心、重人倫、報親情。
我們要感恩老師。感謝老師對我們的啟迪和成長的幫助，感念老師的辛勤付出和教誨。

有個年輕人，大學畢業後到一家條件非常好的合資企業應聘。招聘的考官問他的問題是：請問你給你母親洗過腳嗎?年輕人回答：沒有。考官便說：那我希望你下個禮拜再來面試，但有個條件，回去做一做。年輕人回到家裡，把面試的全過程詳詳細細地告訴了他的母親。母親為了能讓孩子進入條件這樣好的企業工作，成全了兒子的願望，把自己的雙腿伸進了兒子第一次給他端來洗腳水的腳盆里。當年輕人第一次摸到母親那雙象棒槌一樣細細的腿時，眼淚忍不住流了下來他想起：自己的大學學業不就是靠著母親這樣一雙細細的棒槌一樣的腿四處奔走，為人打工、賺錢完成的.嗎?他又想起：每到月初，自己就在那兒心安理得地等媽媽寄錢來，卻從未想過媽媽籌錢這么困難!從此，他每天都要給母親洗腳。一個禮拜後他去面試，那位考官問他：回去做了沒有?他點點頭：做了，考官又問：你對我們公司這么要求你，還願意來嗎?年輕人說：公司能不能錄用我，已經不是最重要的了，最重要的是我學到了大學裡沒有學到的，做人的，根本道理感恩。
這個故事，是我在查閱書籍時看到的。可以說，當時深深震撼了我!直到現在每每想起，都會觸動我埋藏在心底里的那根弦。有恩有愛，是人類生活中最燦爛，最絢麗的文明之花。滴水之恩，湧泉相報，是人類廣為傳誦的美德。感恩是人之常情，事之長理，懂得感恩也是做人的基本條件之一。不會感恩，從某種角度講，就是對人類神聖感情的褻瀆。

進行感恩教育，必須將它與愛心教育、禮貌教育結合起來，三者缺一不可。而對孩子進行教育，必須與他們的生活實際相聯繫，具體來說，我們可以從以下幾方面入手。 日常生活中，同事、親戚朋友及其子女、甚至陌生人也是孩子交往的對象。家長在待人接物時的言行舉止都影響著孩子。家長要鼓勵孩子有禮貌地與人交往，對其友好、幫助、關愛表示感謝，給別人添了麻煩時，要表示道歉等等。再如，醫院裡給孩子看病的醫生、給孩子打針的護士，經常看到的交警，馬路上的清潔工，還有在外吃飯時的服務員，在商場裡買東西時打交道的銷售人員等等，雖然他們都是陌生人，但是，也應該讓孩子認識到他們工作的重要性，並讓孩子學會運用常用的禮貌用語。對於孩子不禮貌的行為，家長應及時糾正。在這種情況下，進行隨機教育，效果最好。由此可見，感恩教育就蘊藏在生活中，就蘊藏在生活中點點滴滴的小事裡。關鍵是，我們家長要做個有心人，從自身做起，抓住教育契機，以榜樣的力量影響孩子。
現在的普遍現象是孩子是家中的“霸王”一家人圍著孩子，所以孩子們不懂得用感恩的心去對待父母，對待老師，對待身邊的人。下雪了，年老的奶奶蹲在地上給孩子換鞋，而孩子卻心安理得，竟沒有一聲“謝謝“;孩子大小便在身上了，老師毫無怨言地幫孩子換上乾淨的衣服，孩子卻認為理所當然，沒有任何表示;孩子的生日到了，幼稚園為小朋友準備了生日蛋糕，老師和小朋友一起為她唱生日歌是，孩子高興地接受著這一切，而沒有想到要感謝媽媽的養育…… 從以上事例不難看出，有些孩子對家長、老師的愛，熟視無睹，這是幼兒缺乏感受愛的能力。因此我們有必要開展感恩教育。我們應該以身作則讓孩子在我們的身上懂得“感恩”學會“感恩”。記得在大班的畢業典禮，老師捨不得孩子而傷心的流下眼淚，有的孩子會抱著老師哭的淚流滿面，而有的孩子看見老師哭，同學哭卻笑得手舞足蹈，我們可以理解為前者的孩子懂事;後者的孩子小、不懂事、不理解。其實這不就是孩子們是否懂得感恩嗎?為了孩子良好的身心發展，我們都應該從自己做起，在孩子幼小的心裡播種下善良的種子，讓孩子在心底里自然產生對父母的感恩之情，對社會的感恩之情。也讓孩子在生活中學會感謝父母的生養恩德，例如：讓孩子為辛苦了一天的父母捶捶背，幫口渴的爸爸、媽媽倒杯水，為勞累的父母遞一條毛巾......讓我們的孩子學會感恩，懂得感恩吧!只有尊重別人，別人才會尊重你!!!!

親愛的同學們：
大家好！
鮮花要感謝雨露，因為是它滋潤了鮮花；萬物要感謝陽光，因為它照耀了萬物，魚兒要感謝湖水，因為是它給了魚兒寬敞的家；而我要感謝的人有許多許多。
首先，我要感謝我的父母，是他們含辛茹苦的將我養育大。母愛如海，是母親十月懷胎將我生下；是母親教會做人的道理，是母親用她那無私的愛將我包容。父愛如山，是父親用他那寬大的臂膀為我撐起一片藍天；是父親用他那溫和的眼光，撫平我心靈的創傷。
我還要感謝我的老師。是老師把我從懵懂的孩童培養成一名少先隊員；是老師把她的心血傾注在我的身上，教我們知識；是老師在我有困難時及時為我排憂解難。
我也要感謝我的同學。是他們在我困難時伸出熱情的雙手；在我失落時為我加油打氣；在我高興時與我一起分享喜悅。
