We also pause our normal pursuits on this day and join in a spirit of fellowship and gratitude for the year's bounties and blessings.
Thanksgiving Day is a time each year, dating back to our founding, when we lay aside the troubles and disagreements of the day and bow our heads in humble recognition of the providence bestowed upon our Nation. Amidst the uncertainty of a fledgling experiment in democracy, President George Washington declared the first Thanksgiving in America, recounting the blessings of tranquility, union, and plenty that shined upon our young country. In the dark days of the Civil War when the fate of our Union was in doubt, President Abraham Lincoln proclaimed a Thanksgiving Day, calling for "the Almighty hand" to heal and restore our Nation.
In confronting the challenges of our day, we must draw strength from the resolve of previous generations who faced their own struggles and take comfort in knowing a brighter day has always dawned on our great land. As we stand at the close of one year and look to the promise of the next, we lift up our hearts in gratitude to God for our many blessings, for one another, and for our Nation. This Thanksgiving Day, we remember that the freedoms and security we enjoy as Americans are protected by the brave men and women of the United States Armed Forces. These patriots are willing to lay down their lives in our defense, and they and their families deserve our profound gratitude for their service and sacrifice.

今天，我們以喜悅的心情迎來了小朋友們的節日——“六一”國際兒童節。在此，我榮幸地代表幼稚園的全體老師，向祖國的花朵、可愛的小朋友們致以節日的祝賀！向來參加慶祝活動的各位領導、各位家長表示熱烈的歡迎和衷心的感謝，感謝您們長期以來對我們園所的關懷和支持。
回顧過去，我們激情滿懷。做為一名幼兒教育工作者，我們認真地審視自己，時刻提醒鞭策自己，怎樣才能讓孩子得到更好的發展；怎樣才能對的起信任我們的家長；怎樣才能對的起給了我們大力支持的各位領導和家長。工作中，我們不斷提高自己的思想覺悟和文化修養，以良好的品質教育影響幼兒，引導幼兒，努力更新知識，刻苦鑽研業務，在全面實施素質教育的實踐中，取得了優異的成績。
展望未來，我們任重道遠。教育是興國之本，教育要從娃娃抓起，在以後的工作中，我們一定要把知識留給孩子，把微笑帶給孩子，讓歡樂陪伴孩子，為幼兒創造一個和諧的教育生活環境，把我們的幼教工作不斷推向新的台階，為幼兒的茁壯成長貢獻出全部力量。

演講的題目是：學會感恩。
感恩，其實是無處不在的。我站在這裡的理由是什麼?就是感恩。感謝老師同學的支持愛戴，感謝學校給予的機會，感謝母親的培養，感謝我自己的付出。因為感謝著這些，我今天便站在這裡了。
宗教是最崇尚感恩的。他們感謝天神，感謝主。當然，我們感謝的，遠比他們要多很多。
感謝父母，他們給予你生命，撫養你成人;感謝老師，他們教給你知識，引領你做“大寫的人”;感謝朋友，他們讓你感受到世界的溫暖;感謝對手，他們令你不斷進取、努力。
感謝太陽，它讓你獲得溫暖;感謝江河，它讓你擁有清水;感謝大地，它讓你有生存空間。
感恩，是一種心態，一種品質，一種藝術。
感恩是樂觀。感謝困難，感謝挫折，不是樂觀么?感謝對手，感謝敵人，不是樂觀么?對於我們不甚喜歡的一些人和事物，儘量想到它的正面，想到它對我們的利處，從而去感謝它，不是樂觀么?所以，感恩，是一種樂觀的心態。
感恩是禮貌。有人幫助了我們，我們隨口說聲“謝謝”，可能會給對方心裡帶來一股暖流。有人為我們付出了許多，我們感謝他，他可能會更加多的幫我們。懷著感恩的心，是有禮貌，是知恩圖報。所以，感恩，是一種有禮貌的品質。
有人說，忘記感恩是人的天性。當我們偶然來到這個世界上，什麼都還沒來得及做的時候，我們就已經開始享受前人帶給我們物質和精神上的一切成果了。這就提醒著我們每一個人，要懷有一顆感恩的心。
常懷感恩之心，我們便會更加感激和懷想那些有恩於我們卻不言回報的每一個人。正是因為他們的存在，我們才有了今天的幸福和喜悅。常懷感恩之心，便會以給予別人更多的幫助和鼓勵為的快樂，便能對落難或者絕處求生的人們愛心融融地伸出援助之手，而且不求回報。常懷感恩之心，對別人對環境就會少一分挑剔，而多一分欣賞。
感恩，是我們生活中永恆的話題。學會感恩，學會熱愛生活。我們將會感受到更多快樂。

感恩不是一件簡單的事情，它是一切愛和善良的結合體。在座的同學是否想過這樣的一個問題呢？感恩的力量可以為我們帶來什麼？改變什麼？感恩，它讓我們感受溫暖，懂得善良的意義。它讓我們成為了一個更加善解人意，也時刻滿懷正能量的人。讓我們在成長的路程當中，一步步走向一個更好的自己和未來，也走向一個更加充滿了正能量的未來。這一次，就讓我們用最大的熱情，將這一份感恩送給我們的老師吧！讓我們大聲的說出口：謝謝你們，我親愛的老師！
親愛的老師，你們總是默默無聞的陪伴著我們的成長，總是在我們最需要幫助的時候出現。我們在一起的時間比和父母在一起的時間更多，所以對於我們這一份情誼來說，這是無比珍貴的，這也是我們每個同學青春之中最不容失去的一道光。或許很多年後我們回想起這段時間來，還有那么多熟悉的面孔出現，還有老師們辛苦的身影。這一切都是多么的珍貴啊，而此刻我們也更應該懂得，該怎么去感恩我們的老師，該怎么去感謝一直愛我們的你們！
每一位老師心中對我們或許只有一個小小的願望，那就是把學習提升上去，為自己創造一個更好的未來。這樣不僅可以給我們的老師帶來一份欣慰，更是可以給我們自己一個最好的交代。現在的我們還唯讀高中，但是對於我們的人生來說，這已經是非常重要的一個階段了。這個階段里有這么一群老師在我們的身邊，一直幫助著我們，照顧著我們，我們又怎能不去心懷感激之情呢？
每個人一生中都會有自己的恩師，是老師教會了我們很多的道理，也是老師一直在默默的陪伴著我們的成長，關心著我們的每個舉動。有時候我們對老師的感覺不僅僅只限於老師而已，更多的感覺像是一位老朋友，他嚴肅，但是他溫暖。他不苟言笑，但是他也幽默可愛。
老師是我們生命中最美好的存在，讓我們一起珍惜和感恩吧！

親愛的老師、同學們：
大家好!
感恩是一種美德。“滴水之恩，湧泉相報。”這就要求我們從國小會感恩。
在這個世界上，有太多的人需要我們感恩。有人說，在你飢餓時給你一個饅頭的人需要感恩;有人說，在你寒冷時，給你一件衣服的人需要感恩……要我說，這個世界上最需要感恩的就是生我養我的母親。
因為我有一個和我一樣大的雙胞胎妹妹，所以我的母親要比別的母親付出更多的艱辛。小時候，我和妹妹常常一起哭，因為一個玩具爭得面紅耳赤。可母親從不打罵我們，而是給我們更多的關愛，所以為了照顧我們她自己時常顧不得吃飯。現在我們都上六年級了，在母親的關愛下，我和妹妹學習成績每門都很優秀。每當我們考試得好成績或我們的作文在報刊上發表時，媽媽和我們一起分享快樂，有時比我們還高興。我的母親很辛苦，她既要上班，還要照顧我和妹妹，我非常感謝我的母親。
“慈母手中線，遊子身上衣。臨行密密縫，意恐遲遲歸。誰言寸草心，報得三春暉。”這是孟郊用自己的真情實感表達對母愛的感激，來讚美這偉大的母愛。世界上唯一施恩於我們而不求回報的就是母親!她給予我們無窮無盡的愛。然而，母親的愛是用語言無法表達的。母愛，一份執著的愛，一份真誠的愛，一份持久的愛!母愛縈繞身心，從出生的那一刻便撒下愛的種子，它擎領我們一生，卻不求回報。
我們每天都在母親的關愛下長大，時時沐浴著母愛的溫暖。早晨，廚房裡那忙碌的身影，那是為將要早起的我們準備早餐的母親。上學前的一句“路上小心”化作寒冬的烈火，溫暖身心。這溫馨的母愛，她表露在母親的一言一行中，一句親切地問候，一聲溫暖的關懷，一些苦口婆心的嘮叨，甚至是嚴厲的責備，都飽含著媽媽無私的愛。
感恩母親，從我做起從現在開始，給媽媽倒一杯茶，送一朵花，一句節日的祝福，晚上給勞累的媽媽洗洗腳……雖然這些比起母親的愛只是微不足道的小事，但是對於母親來說，這些就夠了。因為母親說她只是希望我們健康快樂地成長，成為祖國的棟樑之材!
母親的包容，母親的愛讓我感到無比的幸福。我馬上就要成為一名中學生了，我一定發奮學習，以優異的學習成績報答母親。
感恩母親。讓我們從一點一滴做起，來回報哺育我們、疼愛我們、為我們無私奉獻的母親吧。
