我叫，來自河南，畢業於鄭州科技學院，現在在澆二作澆鑄工作，通過一年多的實踐與學習，對澆二車間的整個生產流程有了全面細緻的了解，尤其對澆鑄工作的熟悉，讓我決定參加這次班長的競選，車間班長競選演講稿。
雖然和參選的幾位工友相比，我的工齡不算太長，但一個人的專業技能不能與以工作的年限成正比，而取決於一個人的學習態度，觀察事物和接受知識的能力，工作中我盡心盡力，恪盡職守，同時還向工作經驗豐富的領導和同事學習，並用業餘時間查閱於工作有關的資料和文獻，獲得了能擔當這一職位的能力。
而積極配合部門領導開展各項工作以及對人員的組織、協調和溝通，我想只能用實際工作來證明，我不想用太過於空洞的語言來宣揚，作為班長最重要的是執行力，按照公司大的目標和方針，依據車間各項實施計畫，準確無誤及時高效的吧細節工作做到位，保證好產品的質量和工作任務的效率，解決好職責範圍內的事情。
若我當選，我將於公正之心對待每一位工友，對大家在工作中遇到的困難給予最大能力的幫助，讓我們在工作共同發現問題、共同思考問題、共同解決問題，讓我們大家在工作中更舒暢，更順心，而對於大家在工作存在不恰當的行為和不適當的做法，也給予適當的糾正，讓我們這個團隊能高效、保質保量的完成工作生產任務。
銜接好砂芯到澆鑄。以及和各部門之間的合作，積極配合個方面的力量，全面提升公司的品質，遵守公司的制度，創造公司的利益，維護公司的形象，增添公司的榮譽，盡到我應有的力量和職責。

敬愛的老師、親愛的同學：
大家好！
我非常榮幸地參加這次競選，感謝大家能給我寶貴的機會與支持。拿破崙曾經說過：“不想當元帥的士兵不是好士兵。”所以這次我要競選班長。
不是“王婆賣瓜，自賣自誇。”我是個開朗、自我能力很強的少先隊員。我以前擔任過班長、勞動委員，管理班級有很大的經驗。在生活中，我樂於幫助同學、積極配合老師管理好班級中的每個成員。所以我相信自己有能力擔任起這個職位。
競選是對一個人的考驗，通過競選，可以充分展示我們個人的智慧與才華。
我是一個班級榮譽感很強的人。如果我當上了班長，我一定會認真的管理好同學們的日常行為；如果我當上了班長，我一定會為自己的行為更加負責；如果我當上了班長；我一定會在學習上加倍努力。
