敬愛的老師，親愛的同學們：
大家好！
今天，我們迎來了學校的運動節。今天的同學們擺脫了平時沉重的書包，個個換上了精神的運動服。首先我們開始是走方陣，初一的十五個方陣里的同學都著裝統一，站立整齊，那響亮、整齊的口號聲，更顯示出他們的朝氣蓬勃。我所處的是彩旗方陣，我們舉起那旗幟，在陽光映襯下，我們仿佛一支蓄勢待發的軍隊在浩浩蕩蕩地前進著，景象異常壯觀。
十點半了，我的比賽即將開始，我報名的是團體一分鐘跳繩比賽。到了比賽場地，我的心格外緊張，雖然我在之前也做了許多的準備，但看到別的班的同學個個身輕如燕，跳得越發快速而輕盈，我還是不免擔心能否發揮好我的實力，生怕一不留神，跳得讓班級的成績不高。終於到了我們班，我的腦子很混亂，不停告訴自己：“少失誤，越快越好”。“開始！”我不管三七二十一，不停的跳著，霎時，我覺得繩子在我手上晃如跳躍舞動的精靈，仿佛我在與它翩翩起舞。於是我跳得越來越快。終於結束了，我的手卻累得抬不起來了，腳也似灌了鉛，寸步難行。
後來的比賽，一個比一個精彩，而這次歡樂運動節也不知不覺拉上了帷幕。在這天中，我們體現了青春的速度，青春的活力，青春的激情，我們揮灑了汗水，因為充滿活力的青春是最有意義的！
