“我們為自己所做的任何選擇，都沒有對錯，只有不同而已。”驀然地，這句話闖進了我的視線里。面對選擇時，我們總是無法自如。其實有的時候我們害怕面對的不是選擇，而且做出選擇後所要面對的結果。最近有一部電視劇很火，叫《荼蘼》，講述的故事就是同一個人因為做了不同的選擇而走向A面和B面不同的人生。可是我的想法卻是，不管如何選擇，一定不能放棄成長。
每個人，在做選擇時，都會有對於自己固化的認知。比如我膽子很小，我依賴心理很強，我不怎么會跟陌生人打交道，我身體協調能差，我是路盲，我害怕孤獨……這些統統是偏見。
我們經常活在偏見中，無論是對自己還是對他人，打破它的惟一辦法是以全新視角去思索，推動自己去做那些過去沒有做過的事。 要知道，我們每個人都是一個獨特的流派，要做的就是不斷地把你的學習整合成屬於自己的特色內容，根據自己的容器、框架，不斷往裡填充。核心方法就是：學習、思考、實踐、整合。生存面前大家都是戰士，只是裝備不同，顏值和才華同屬可選裝備，都需天賦，都靠努力。在哪個戰場用什麼打能否打贏都是懸念，選定後就該多練級少抱怨。
在選擇之後的成長中，我們一定會遇到挫折，掙扎，困惑，迷茫。這些都屬意料之中不是么?因為我們所能得到的，不會多於我們所能付出的。自己就是命運的製造者，任何一個人，生命中所發生的一切，都不會無緣無無故。它多少有因果和規律存在。就好比社會有社會的因果，個人有個人的因果，任何發生，都是你自己製造出來的現實。積極有效的處理事情，始終保持正念與正見的人，因為內在具有較強的覺察與自省能力，能有力量和勇氣承擔事情發生的種種，也會因為願力的不可思議， 從人生在困頓與低谷爬出來，開闢一條新的道路。即便從頭來過，也能意志堅定。還記得20xx年哈佛演講上，羅琳說：“毫無挫折的生活是不存在的，就算你生活得萬般小心，可有些失敗還是會降臨。但失敗意味著剝離掉那些不必要的東西，意味著你比以往任何時候都更有能力生存。”很多人從來沒有真正認識自己，直到經受逆境的考驗。對經受的人而言，這種認知才是真正的禮物。每一步都會有所得，只是如何去思考。柴靜在《看見》中就有說過:“對於挫折的思考就是財富”，很是認同。
村上春樹有一句話是：世上有可以挽回的人和不可挽回的事，而時間經過就是一種不可挽回的事。很多時候，你可以懷疑一切努力的意義，可以認為所有暖心的話是雞湯，但這是個世界上真的有人，通過雙手的努力，從一無所有，過上了自己想要的生活。也許，不負光陰就是最好的努力，而努力就是最好的自己。
過想要的生活，不要只是說說而已。我覺得真正能讓自己覺得踏實的，不是優秀不優秀的男人，也不是好不好的婚姻，而是自己有足夠的能力，過好自己的生活。一輩子那么長，最怕的兩個字就是“白過”。世界那么大，我想去看看。你呢?
