大家早上好!
關於端午節起源的傳說可多了，其中，紀念屈原的說法流傳得最廣。屈原是我國古代偉大的愛國詩人，出生在20__多年前戰國時期的楚國。他為人正直，學識淵博，很有才幹，在楚國擔任了重要職務。因為他主張堅決對抗秦國侵略，而受到打擊、排斥，還被楚王趕出了朝廷。屈原悲憤極了，在流放途中寫下了許多充滿愛國精神的詩篇，最有名的是《離騷》。後來，秦國軍隊攻占了楚國都城。楚國失地千里，屍橫遍野。屈原心如刀割，他不願意看到國破家亡的慘景，就在農曆五月五日這一天，懷抱石塊，跳進了淚羅江。當時他62歲。
屈原死後，楚國百姓哀痛異常，紛紛涌到汨羅江邊去憑弔他。百姓們愛戴屈原，當聽到他自殺的訊息後，紛紛划著船奔向江中，去打撈屈原的遺體，但沒能找到。人們拿出為屈原準備的飯糰、雞蛋等食物，丟進江里，據說魚龍蝦蟹吃飽了就不會去咬屈大夫的身體了。後來，為了防止飯糰被蛟龍吃掉，人們便想出用楝樹葉包飯，外纏彩絲的辦法，這便是粽子的原型。從此，每年的五月初五，人們都會自發地來到江邊，悼念屈原，還要划著船衝進洶湧的波濤，象徵人們爭相打撈屈原遺體，以此來寄託對屈原的哀思。久而久之，我國南方就形成了端午節賽龍舟的習俗。因此，端午節又成了紀念屈原的節日。
是怎樣的精神促使這位偉大詩人縱身躍入滔滔江水呢?是那顆憂國憂民、熱愛故土的心。
祖國母親用她的身軀為我們支撐了一片晴朗的天空，開闢出了一片成長的沃土。今天的我們無需用捨棄生命來表達自己的愛國情懷，我們只需把熱愛祖國這一信念落實到自己日常的行動上：努力學習，尊敬師長，遵守公德，全面發展，為和諧社會的建設貢獻力量。
今天的我們重拾起關於中國傳統文化的熱愛，不也是熱愛祖國的表現嗎?
棕葉飄香，又一個端午節就要到了，讓我們在品嘗美味粽子的同時，重溫屈原先生的錚錚鐵骨，繼承屈原先生的愛國精神吧!

親愛的老師、同學們：
歲歲端陽，今又端陽。
印象中，總是感覺端陽是民族傳統人文節日裡最為人文的一個。緣何如此呢?未細想，只是知道，無論元宵還是中秋，連同近年來也得到了法定節日身份的清明在內，它們大多起源於特定民間傳說、民俗內涵、陰陽概念或者是神話故事。像端陽這樣緣起於真實歷史掌故，主題在於紀念和緬懷心繫蒼生、襟懷天下的士大夫，還真是別無二例。
千百年來，端陽節在延續過程中，其紀念形式及與節日相伴生的活動內容日臻完善並固化，譬如包粽子、做香包、掛菖蒲、懸艾蒿等，黃淮以南的廣大地區，還盛行在節日期間舉辦龍舟競渡的活動。比較考量起這些內容，也可說明端陽與其它民俗節日的異同，就是在祈願平順幸福、順暢安康的人文主題外，更加突出了生生不息，奮鬥向上、拼搏圖強的激越情懷。
我的老家在東北，東北人過端陽的做法沒有關內，特別是南方那么豐富多彩和隆重多姿，我想，其中自然條件、人文歷史、地緣區位等方面的原因都有。自然，一方水土一方人，在統一奉慶的民俗節日裡，各有個規，各遵其俗，也是再正常不過的事兒。一如農曆除夕夜這樣的普天共度節日裡，北方人講究守歲、圍爐暢歡，天交子時吃餃子，而南方人卻是互相走動，打牌搓麻耍社火，在初一早晨吃元宵一樣。
