With the development of society, the competition of the entire society is more and more intense, causing increasing pressure to people. Stress of study, work and life are ubiquitous, but how can we deal with it? Here are some tips that I hope can be useful.

Firstly, keep good health. A healthy body is the premise to face presure. It’s the least capacity to cope with stress when a person is sick. Secondly, to accept the pressure. The reason why many people can not cope with stress is that they resist and escape it. Actually, there always is trouble and problems once we chose a path to go, because almost everything worth doing is not so easy. Thirdly, solve the problem, rather than complain about it. Many people complain about the surroundings and don’t think about the solutions when faced with problems. We all know that complaint can do nothing but only let you down. As long as the problem not solved, the pressure is always there. Fourthly, tell others your pressure and get help from them. Lots of pressure can’t be solved by our own and the rational way is talking the pressure to workmates or friends to get help from them. But the premise to do so is that we don’t intend to put pressure to others but to seek help and support to solve problems.

Of course, there also are some other ways to cope with stress, such as readjusting goal and expectation, playing games to relax, even shopping or eating. But no matter how, solving the problem that causes stress is the best way.

psychologist tell us that stress is a state of worry caused by the problem of living , such as too much work or study , heavy responsibilities , and quickened pace of life .statistics show that stress comes from every detail in our life .financial problems , poor health , being laid off may be the stress that most adults now suffering .as students in the university , we are also under our special stress .

while study , having to take various tests and submit a project against a deadline may put a great pressure on us .and the things make us felt stressed may be our parents’s greater expectations on us than we could reach .later , when we are likely to graduate , some other problems will also annoy us .

i think we will worry a lot about our ability to compete in the job market and how we can best use what we’ve learned at college in our future job .the chief problem we should face to is our atitude towards stress .people usually say they can not live in the sun except they escape from stress .it’s unwelcome ! yes , however , very necessary .just image a world where stress does not exist and people lead their life in a very comfortable way .but is this kind of living condition as perfect as we hope ?

without stress , they may feel very satisfied with the current life but lack of power to discover new things .too much satisfaction result in nothing except a countermarch of the society .no stress , no development .so a certain amount of stress is good .

我的初三就這么開始了。也許有的人認為離中考還有一年,實際上在第一次月考與體育模擬考的渲染之下,中考這一關卡已悄無聲息的臨近了。

初三的日子實在太繁重。每天要念著“子曰……”,生活在abc的世界中,咬著筆頭思索著一道數學題目,連夢裡都要背誦各種化合價的數量。此時在教室里少了一份往日的喧囂與浮躁,沒有了不安與打鬧,更多了的一份是安靜,是緊張,是忙碌,是充實。

我也放下了手中的電腦遊戲,全身心的投入到學習中。上課更是精神抖擻,課下的耳邊的流行音樂也變成了地道的英語發音,無聊時討論的八卦也變成了為一道數學題的激烈討論。

可第一次月考的失利,使我的排名又一落千丈;而體育模擬考的那寥寥幾分更如數把利刃刺痛我的心。面對老師,父母的期盼,姐姐的冷嘲熱諷,無盡的壓力鋪天捲地向我襲來,我甚至感到無力。這些令我意識到了我的初三生活將艱辛與坎坷。

可是壓力來了,我不能害怕。因為我知道在漫漫人生中,我總會與壓力會面,只有面對才能勝利。你瞧!魚兒有壓力,游弋於漫漫大海中,經受住驚濤駭浪的浸禮,才會有魚躍龍門的斑斕傳說;雄鷹有壓力,遨遊於碧海藍天中,經受住風刀霜劍的捶打,才會有叱吒風雲的豪放;而我有了壓力,磨礪完心智,才能馳騁於考場中,經受住各科的考驗,終會有輝煌的人生。

一.壓力-動力

在日本有一個流傳很廣的故事:古時候日本漁民出海捕鰻魚,因為船小,回到岸邊時鰻魚幾乎都死光了.但是,有一個漁民船上的各種捕魚裝備以及盛魚的船艙,和別人的都完全一樣,可他的魚每次回來都是活蹦亂跳的,他的魚因此賣的價錢高過別人幾倍.沒過幾年,他就成了大富翁.後來他身染重病,不能出海捕魚了.他才把這個秘密告訴他的兒子;在盛鰻魚的船艙里,放進一些鯰魚,因為鰻魚和鯰魚生性好咬斗,為了對付鯰魚的攻擊,鰻魚也被迫竭力反擊.在戰鬥狀態中,鰻魚求生的本能被充分的調動起來.所以就活了下來.

漁民還告訴他的兒子,鰻魚死的原因是,它們知道被捕住了,等待它們的只有死路一條,生的希望破滅了,所以在船里過不了多久就死掉了.

這就是自然生態的奧秘之處,當鰻魚面對天敵時,警戒心倍增而求生欲被激發,全力抵抗鯰魚的威脅侵擾,而加強了對運送過程的適應力,存活率反而提高.

二.壓力=提升自身價值

買過豆芽的人都知道市售的一般比自家種的堅挺壯碩,爽脆可口.其秘訣僅在於砧板,都知道在豆芽菜上放一塊砧板,讓豆芽菜受到成長阻力,歷經這種成長過程的豆芽菜長相不凡,行情也不錯.你想想看,我們百般種的呵護還來不及,哪兒啥得“摧殘“它們.可是我們費盡心思照顧的豆芽菜,竟輸給在困境中奮發向上的豆芽菜.其實這是一種自然法則.在壓力下奮鬥可以提高自我的能力與價值.

其實,面對壓力,我們不必怨天尤人.古人云:“天降大任於是人也,必先苦其心志,餓其體膚,勞其筋骨......“,壓力是對我們人生的考驗.若每天活在無壓力狀態中,我們並不會感覺到舒適滿意.所以當壓力來時,別著急抱怨想想看,壓力不也是一種激發鬥志,提升自身價值的方式嗎?

今天爸爸N+1次嘮叨著要我好好學習,雖然這樣的話我的確已經聽了N次了,說N次其實並不誇張,從國小一年級我沒有得上三好學生以來我就毫不厭倦的聽著,然而嘮叨到現在,我還是沒有感到乏味,學習是唯一的出路,我深刻的了解到這句話的含義,雖然這只是從我姐姐那裡得出的道理,我仍認為這是一句從我們這段年齡,在愛幻想的時期中解救出來,回到現實生活中的一句話。雖然我並不想從我那段美麗的幻想中醒過來!有時候我幻想著可以快快長大,那樣就可以做自己想做的事而不用顧慮到後果了,像那些叛逆少年一樣,其實也蠻有個性的!但是我還沒有瘋狂到想成為那樣的人,當然也絕對不可能!

動力?我想不單單起源於壓力,還有各種因素,比如理想,甚至某種報復!!而我呢?是來自於回報,回報父母的辛勞,回報父母那帶著汗水和希望的金錢!爸爸的辛苦我是知道的,他越來越老了,雖然這是肯定的!但我還是與心不忍,我要回報他們,我不知道我這種欲望有多么強烈,但我知道這無法用言語來形容,只能用行動!那就必須用那唯一的出路——學習!

我也曾經幻想過如果我可以被某個大名人發現後去栽培,但是現在想想真是太不符合實際了,這除了必須的“幸運”外,還有必不可少的“實力”啊!
