同學們都知道，我們的生活已離不開火。做飯需要火，取暖需要火，放鞭炮同樣需要火的鼎立相助。但是，如果大意用火，那就將失掉“荊洲”。
還記得1998年的全國十大火災么。那次火可是膽打包天。
一、1月3日2時15分，吉林省通化市東珠賓館（與香港合資，6層，高20米，面積4200平方米）發生火災，造成24人死亡（跳樓摔死4人）、14人受傷，燒毀建築1680平方米及物品一批，直接財產損失31.6萬元。火災系賓館保全員使用電暖器取暖時長時間離位，電暖器烤燃附近可燃物所致。
二、1月31日2時，黑龍江省佳木斯市華聯商廈（局部6層，高22米，總面積28600平方米）發生火災，燒死1人，燒傷5人，燒毀商廈1至4樓的大部分商品，過火面積2萬平方米，直接財產損失3638萬元。火災系儲蓄所使用的電熱管加熱器（無溫控裝置）未切斷電源，長時間通電發熱引燃附近可燃物所致。
三、2月13日9時55分，廣東省廣州市華潤化妝品廠（股份制企業）發生火災，造成11人死亡、1人受傷，燒毀建築354平方米及化妝品一批，直接財產損失近10萬元。火災系該廠職工在車間檢修丁烷空氣壓縮機時，鐵質工具撞擊機件不生火花引燃泄漏的丁烷氣體所致。
四、3月5日18時5分，陝西省西安市煤氣公司液化石油氣所（占地35.8畝，儲氣2340立方米）貯氣罐區發生爆炸火災事故，5個儲罐、8輛液化氣槽車被毀壞，過火面積4.5萬平方米，並造成11人死亡（其中7名消防官兵犧牲）、30人受傷（其中消防人員11人），直接財產損失477.8萬元。事故系編號為11號的球型罐（400立方米）的排污閥上部法蘭密封墊失效，造成液化石油氣大量泄漏，形成爆炸的可燃氣體電電火花所致。 五、4月28日9時18分，河北省石家莊市電鍍一廠化工車間發生火災，造成6人死亡、14人受傷（10名消防官兵中毒受傷），使4層（局部2層）的生產廠房（高29.88米，面積2100平方米）全部過火，生產設備嚴重燒損，直接財產損失547.6萬元。火災系當班操作工關閉二氧化硫進氣閥，致使納氏泵內產生的高溫所致。
六、5月5日17時，北京市豐臺區玉泉營環島家具城發生火災，燒毀建築23000平方米及參展的348個廠家的攤位，直接財產損失2087.8萬元。火災系該家具城北廳的電鈴線圈過熱，引燃裹線上圈外部的牛皮紙等可燃物，火星掉落在沙發上所致。
七、7月13日10時11分，1913次貨物列車（由湖南開往昆明）途經貴州省鎮遠縣朝陽壩二號隧道時發生爆炸火災事故，造成6人死亡、20人受傷，並造成湘；黔線中斷21天。
八、8月26日9時許，江蘇省常州市第一人民醫院住院部二號樓四樓淨化室發生火災，造成14人死亡（高齡病人11名、看護人員2名、護士1名）、14人受傷，過火面積270平方米，燒毀窗式空調9台，直接財產損失4.2萬元。火災系無證焊工陳朝新（醫院長期雇用的臨時工）在四樓淨化室拆除風機時，在沒有清理現場的情況下違章切割，焊花濺落在拆下的木板、海綿上所致。
九、10月27日19時許，北京市“居然之家”家具城（總面積19800平方米）發生火災，燒死2人，燒毀參展的62個廠家的攤位，過火面積6000平方米，直接財產損失380萬元。火災系違章電焊引燃臨近布料所致。
十、12月30日3時許，浙江省慈谿市滸山鎮呱呱快餐店（個體企業）發生火災，造成10人死亡（包括店主全家4口），過火面積700多平方米，直接財產損失約40萬元。火災原因正在調查。
瞧，火的功勞大，但罪孽同樣很大。當我聽說此事後，不禁心頭一顫，千種體會，萬種感想如泉水般湧入心中。

大家好! 今天我演講的題目是《幸福與安全》。
激情六月、陽光燦爛，生命就如同這飛火流螢一樣的美麗！我們歌頌生命，因為生命是寶貴的，它屬於我們每個人只有一次；我們熱愛生命，因為生命是美好的，它令我們的人生煥發出灼灼光彩。“生命”是一個多么鮮活的詞語；“安全”，一個多么古老的話題；“幸福”一個多么美妙的境界。也許在座的各位小時候都有這樣的人生經歷：在我們蹣跚學步的時候，母親會經常充滿關愛地指點：“孩子，繞過前面的石子……”；在我們要飛車上學時，父親會在身後語重心長地叮嚀： “孩子，當心路上的汽車啊！……”絲絲縷縷都是愛，點點滴滴繫著情。在人生的旅途上,祝你平安——是人們永恆的祝願，祝你幸福——是人們共同的期盼。我相信，同學們都理解“平安是福”、“平安是金”等話語所包含的對生命的思考；我斷定，同學們都曾用“平安、健康、幸福、順利”等吉祥詞語對父母、親戚、同學、朋友表達過良好的祝願。
健康、平安是生活賜給每一個懂得它意義的人的最好禮物，這就是幸福！安全重於泰山，它歷來都是個人、家庭、集體、社會最基本的生命線，更是維繫個人享受生活和集體保持穩定的最重要的保障線。 然而，面對生活、學習中可能存在的隱患和潛在的意外，您是否做好準備加以防範？
據統計，我國每年大約有1.6萬名中國小生非正常死亡，中國小生因安全事故、食物中毒、溺水、自殺等死亡的，平均每天有40多人，也就是說每天將有一個班的學生在“消失”。校園安全涉及到青少年生活和學習方面的安全隱患有20種之多，其中包括交通事故、食物中毒、打架鬥毆、體育運動損傷、火災火險、溺水、吸毒、性侵犯、自殺等等。這些都時刻在威脅著我們學生的健康成長。曾記否：新疆克拉瑪依發生特大火災，共有三百多名師生葬身火海；河北省某中學做課間操時學生在樓梯間發生擁擠踩踏事故，造成數十名學生傷亡；山東某犯罪分子賈某闖入一國小，持刀砍傷25人；湖南一學生欲翻牆跑出校外，不慎重從圍牆摔下身亡；黑龍江某中學組織學生到某水庫遠足，4名學生溺水而亡。也曾有這樣的案例：課間在教室里打鬧，結果出了人命；在走廊的護欄上顯身手，結果翻下樓去上不來了……當然更不用說開水燙傷、洗手間滑倒掛彩、騎車摔斷手腳的事了。看到這些觸目驚心的案例與數據怎能不叫人心痛震驚，想相那些如流星般隕落的鮮活的生命和天真的容顏，又怎能不叫人扼腕嘆息。校園安全事故頻頻發生，安全事故已經成為我國青少年的最大殺手。這些血的教訓對我們來說是刻骨銘心的，反映了我們學生對安全防範意識還不強，應對突發事件的能力薄弱，暴露出我們在學校管理工作方面還存在著一些明顯的漏洞和薄弱環節。
也許不少同學會認為，安全只是指身體的安全甚至是肢體的健壯和不受傷害；認為只要自己的肢體健全、行動自如那就叫安全。我認為，這決不是安全的全部。即便是一個具有健全的體格的人，如果他的思想道德水平低下、明辨是非能力不強，糊裡糊塗攀兄弟、結姐妹，既有拉幫結派之嫌，又有醉翁喝酒之意；如果他不明不白逞義氣、惹事端，不但喜好隨波逐流，而且希望出點亂子；這表現出來的就是思想上的安全問題。再說，一個具有健全體格的人，如果他沉溺於不良書刊和網路遊戲的精神～，天天吸、處處吸，甚至課堂上忍不住要走神，思之想之；深夜裡忍不住要越牆泡網咖熬個通宵；如果他過早地迷戀於少男少女的纏綿悱惻，無端尋愁覓恨、瘋瘋傻傻、痴痴狂狂，甚至爭風吃醋結恩怨，衝冠一怒為紅顏。這表現出來的就是行為上的安全問題。有了這樣不安全的行為，要踏踏實實地讀好書，一帆風順地讀到頭，那也是很難的。無論是人身安全還是思想安全，亦或是行為安全，它們都有一個共同的特點，那就是結果的殘酷性。交通事故，游泳溺水事故、體育活動意外傷害事故，課間遊戲追逐打鬧偶發事故，輕者可以傷及體格，重者能夠危及生命，它們造成的後果是殘酷的。可是思想道德的殘缺、行為方式的越軌比體格不健全更可怕。臧克家先生在《有的人》一詩中寫道：“有的人活著，他已經死了。”我想，那些失去健康的精神追求、迷失正確的人生方向、空有一架活著的軀體行屍走肉的人不就是思想殘缺的產物嗎？這種“產物”充其量只能是沒完沒了地吸取消化父母親血汗的機器，只能成為社會發展長河中的廢物，甚至成為危害社會發展的危險物。當前學生中相繼出現了不少因思想、心理、行為上的偏差而引發的傷亡事件，暴露出了當前學生在思想上、心理上和行為上具有普遍性的安全隱患。一個個觸目驚心、血淚交織的悲劇不能不叫人扼腕嘆息、心有餘悸，也更對我們敲響了安全的警鐘。
李嵐清總理曾講過一段話：每見到一份事故報告，都要引起我一陣陣心痛，儘管許多事故最終都能依法查處並追究責任，但人死不能復生，亡羊補牢，畢竟為時已晚，人死了，還談什麼“教書育人”呢？
