領導力 Leadership
編者按：說起英語考試，就不得不提起托福跟雅思。說到這兩個考試，最讓人煩惱的就是寫作了。

e.g. Confronted by crises or divergences, a team needs a leader with absolute authority to find the way out.

e.g. It is a leader’s duty to help the team go from strength to strength, by which all members are beneficiaries, in terms of both material rewards and personal growth.

e.g. A selfless leader is willing to develop strength in employees but not worries about being surpassed or replaced.

e.g. A leader’s role as spiritual pillar is usually more obvious when the team is in crisis.

e.g. One has to possess various qualities to be a leader that members look up to.
